Hello! Really hope you can help me. I have some trouble with access to my account.
Always when i want to login, there is a message : wrong login/passwors.
I suppose, when i registred first time, i made a mistake in email field, mixed some letters.
My account is verified with two factor authentication, also i remember the password definitely.
Also, I can show you my last transactions.
Please, help me to solve this problem. I tried to do it several times, but technical support haven't reply.

I posted thiss already yesterday (Jan. 24th) but since I did not get a reply and I saw that other people who posted after me already got a reply from your side, I wanted to repost the message to bring it your attention again:

This is regarding the following: I withdrew us$ 2.500 from my balance to advcash at approx 18.40 CET yesterday (Jan 24th) it then reported a server error.

Now this us$ 2.500 is not in my balance, and not in verifying status. I received no email and it appears nowhere.

It is now over one day that this happened and I am starting to get worried.

Where did it go and when will it appear in balance again?

Your help/ reply is much appreciated.

Is it because my account verification was not still not validated ? Or is it unawailable for now ?

Are we getting our XRP balances fixed today or do we need to find other way to trade my XRP?
As I can see on chat on your page many people has same problems like I have.
If there are technical issues why don't you inform us about them?
When someone is expecting transactions to work fast especially Ripple, this is very frustrating for someone that trading is his food.
I am developer myself. I know there can be technical issues but at least you need to inform costumers.

Your funds was returned that you have made 3-4 days ago. For another transaction you need to wait as well. Because Withdraw on Mastercard/Visa can take up to 3 days.

I am in the same situation I don't have my okpay usd withdrawal there is in fact no record in my transaction history just my deposit I have opened 2 support tickets with nothing.

it's been more than 3 weeks. the money is no longer there and I  got the withdrawal email  which is I have submitted in my support tickets lost about 22 usd
