The OP here says that the deposits are insured, so I'm not sure what your question is in reference to.
ah, sry, did not noticed that. I only wanted to say, that I don't know any exchange, that has a real insurance with a 100% gurantee, that if a hack happens, all customers will get their money back. |

What you need to understand is that in this business your reputation is everything!
1 bad story about a customer losing their money can seriously damage an exchange's reputation.
In my experience these companies have a lot more to lose then the people who are worried about their money.
Don't get me wrong, I am still concerned about my money, I just think as a customer I have a lot of influence.

Its really too bad about PayPal do allowing for deposits with bitcoin. I was relying on AstroPay, but they are't working on your sight right now?

There are no country restrictions that I am aware of, however, they can only offer withdraws due to their return policy. |
