Gambling cannot fix your life especially your problem maybe you can get enough money that can sustain in financial aspect but then time will come if you don't think wise you'll get addicted and can mess your life.

but to me it also cannot wreck the life of a person itself. it is what we our-self wreck our lives, because God gifted us brain for thinking and if we are using it for wrong things then it is our own fault and no one is responsible for that, i think we should use our mind in constructive and in positive thinking.

Gambling itself is never wrong. It is just a form of entertainment where people can come in and have fun. However, anything become bad when people like to do things to the extreme like becoming too addicted in gambling or in computer gaming. It is about controlling themselves and if they can do that, gambling wont hurt them at all.

 I can't say that gambling have such big effect on my life. In rare occasions I like to bet on sports, and other gambling game's are not so interesting for me. People who let gambling to destroy their life are not normal in my opinion. I heard so many stories about people losing their families, houses, jobs cause of some game, that kind of risk is not understandable for my mind. Gambling is really dangerous if you do not know how to control yourself. My share of experience with this is that I'm having successive wins for a few days and then I thought that if I earn that much with a small amount then I will deposit a bigger amount and then it happened. I had successive losses and then I lose it all including the profit that I accumulated. It happened because I'm greedy and I was not able to control myself. I can't say that it wrecked my life totally because I was able to catch myself before I fall into the trap and lose everything dear to me.

struggling because of gambling, but in my case i am still in the middle of Fix and Wreck as i haven't

Sports would be a great choice in that matter, gambling addiction is a serious problem that the addiction could enter already in our body so with sports you do a physical exercise as well while enjoying the game and the good thing is you are not risking any amount of money to do it successfully unlike in real life gambling.

Also a good suggestion, but we never take a bad step which we addict to gambling, when we play gambling, we all have a though that we can't be addict to gambling, but when we cross our limitations that gambling will be dangerous for us. So i advice don't play gambling if you can't handle it.
