Edit: you have to go back into the edit menu to see it. You really should link "Approval required" to the approval system.

Just did. That's also not too clear, btw. You have to go into the edit menu YET AGAIN to set a campaign. Ideally, the text on the dashboard should be a bit more intuitive. So let's say:

"Needs Approval" -> links to approval option
"Approved: Ready for Campaign" -> links to campaign setup

As it is, people have to keep going back to edit, but the options there change after each thing is done (i.e., the edit should just be for editing the ad. It shouldn't keep updating for the other options like submitting for approval and then again for starting a campaign).

Will you be accepting adult sites?

Yes, both "adult" publisher web sites and "adult" adverts.
However advertisers must specify if their advert is in one of the "sensitive categories" (NSFW, Gambling, Drugs etc), and publishers will be able to say which (if any) of these categories are allowed to show in their ad spaces.
