My website was rejected. If I optimize my Alexa rank. Can I add my website to mellowads again?
Cheers Salmen
I had asked about this, and the answer is yes, . When you meet all requirements, re-add it and they will re-evaluate it again. Time to boost mine up as well!

Funny how all counters I use just banned my site, because of high traffic and then I get the boot from this network only because I don't have good alexa rating.

Well if your site has high traffic than you will have no problem getting a good alexa rating

Well if your site has high traffic than you will have no problem getting a good alexa rating Not necessarily. People who think this don't understand how Alexa works. You can bot Alexa ratings, and you can have a site with great traffic and not have a high Alexa rank. The theory is that most people land in the middle of the two extremes, though it's not always true.

"The theory... most people..." this simply means you're part of "most people." That's like saying "There's no such thing as robbers. I've never been robbed."

"The theory... most people..." this simply means you're part of "most people." That's like saying "There's no such thing as robbers. I've never been robbed." I think 95% of websites are part of that "most people", in the end if you have a legit site with good traffic your alexa ranking will be golden

I think 95% of websites are part of that "most people", in the end if you have a legit site with good traffic your alexa ranking will be golden I was just saying that you're making a claim that encapsulates everyone, when that's completely incorrect. There are plenty of edge cases in which what you're claiming isn't true, so you really can't lump everyone in there and claim that just because they have a low Alexa means they don't have good traffic. Alexa is only a small portion of users. The assumption being made is that the small subset will be used to determine the overall consensus. For example, if it reads 100 users and 10 visited Facebook and 5 visited Google, it uses the assumption that Facebook has 2x as many views as Google does. In actuality, Google could have more views. That said, Mellow isn't targeting a low, specific number (i.e., top 5, 10, 50, etc.), so it shouldn't be much of an issue and manipulation shouldn't come into play.

I couldn't withdraw yesterday, but now it is working, thanks.
As for the site, it would be good to raise the number of ads per domain. I have a blog and a forum, all hanging from the same .com domain, and I could post more ads (6 in blog, 4 or more in forum) if it weren't for that limit.

I think this is very good decision to stay to 5 ads. I as the publisher here want the best quality for my ads so I dont want advertise to put in 10 + ads and it will just provide me with bad traffic or that my ads will be hidden by the other ads
