gun control should be limited only to law enforcement, because the control of the gun must be more disciplined and tight. We can not tolerate negligence in the use of weapons, therefore it should only be used for law enforcement.

The needs are the same. However, the magnitude can vary. For example, if you are living in a country such as Japan or Singapore, then I would recommend against applying for a gun license. Because the crime rate is so low, and you don't need to waste your time and effort in getting a gun. On the other hand, if you are living in Cape Town or Nairobi, then gun ownership is a must.

as we can see now a days, people are hard headed, don't wan't to follow rules, they make their own rules, my opinion about gun control. I agree to have a gun control, considering the fact that gun is for protection, to protect you from danger, but for some reason this weapon is also can be used to assault people, gun control should be implemented to prevent any situation causes or it may lead to danger.

If I were a government official, I will implement gun ban because its main purpose is to kill. I don't get it when some people have guns to intimidate or scare the bad guys. Think about it this way,if gun was ban to a country, it is possible that the criminals will have a hard time getting it as well. In Japan, gun was ban long time ago and their crime rate was really low.  The only person that should be carrying a gun will be the police or military. Even if you are trained to have a gun, no one should be allowed to use it. Using guns in the firing range can be allowed don't worry.

Guns are made for one purpose, and that purpose is to kill.
I believe that guns are not weapons, they are tools. How they are used is up to the person holding it.

Looking at some of the comments here, I'm feeling the same way.  Of course a lot of them could be bots.

I might have to get me one of them thar AR-15s.  I've never had much interest in them generally, but thinking back to my time in the military the caliber and form factor was very serviceable for a variety of uses.  Plus there should be a lot of ammo available in most potential scenarios.  I'd be torn between an AR-15 or AK-47 and would have to research things more.  I've never put my hands on an AK-47 but I assume that they are nearly as manageable as 'my' M16 back in the day.

I finally did a good cleaning on my Mossberg bolt action 22lr which I got at age 12 from my grandfather.  It sat 30 years dirty and rusting...but still fired shot-shells to kill a few rats.  What a nice accurate thing!  I had a spotted skunk hanging around and needed to use a slug which induced me to finally do some maintenance on the rifle.  The skunk was practically tame and didn't stink at all so I hated to shoot it but I've got a kitten who isn't really big enough to tangle with the creature yet.

A north Harris County, Texas homeowner and former Marine was confronted by four males while standing in his driveway with his garage door open Friday night, and soon found a gun to his head.

Homeowner Alexander Borrego told Click2 Houston that his wife and children were inside the home when four teens grabbed him around 10:30 p.m. and pulled a gun on him. However, they were in for a surprise as Borrego, concerned about his family, had a handgun of his own concealed in his hoodie.

'Surrender Your Firearms' - Gov't Now Confiscating Guns from Medical Cannabis Users

Residents in Honolulu, Hawaii, were recently informed that if they use cannabis for medicinal purposes, they will be given 30 days to "voluntarily surrender" their firearms and ammunition before the Honolulu Police Department begins confiscation.

A series of letters were mailed out from Police Chief Susan Ballard on Nov. 13, as confirmed by a report from Leafly, which noted that the letters appear to represent "the first time a law enforcement agency has proactively sought out state-registered medical marijuana patients and ordered them to surrender their guns."

The letter from Chief Ballard starts off by claiming that its purpose is to inform the residents of a revised statute. "You are disqualified from firearms ownership, possession or controlling firearms. Your medical marijuana use disqualifies you from ownership of firearms and ammunition," Ballard wrote.

The letter references H.R.S. 134-7.3, which dictates "Seizure of Firearms Upon Disqualification." Ballard claimed that residents have until Dec. 13 to "voluntary surrender" their firearms, in order to be in compliance with the law.

"If you currently own or have firearms, you have 30 days upon the receipt of this letter to voluntarily surrender your firearms, permit and ammunition to the Honolulu Police Department or otherwise transfer ownership."

The letter claimed that "a medical doctor's clearance letter is required for any future firearms applications or returns of firearms from HPD evidence."

It must under some control, not full control
Maybe It musted be attached with some IOT device so gun owner just cant bring it into some conference
Or people have the right to vote to avoid gun owner in their local

Weapons were initially designed for self-defense and not for killing anyone. Until the mid 20th century, no matter how superior the weapons were, the attacker was guaranteed to suffer at least some damage while fighting against someone who is defending. But things have changed, especially with the invention of ICBMs and fifth-generation jets.

I think the jet's invention is a bigger weapon discovery, in fact the weapon is a neutral item, the weapon does not harm and benefits humans but most human characters will bring harm.
