Gun control is necessary and a must. This will help minimize the unreasonable deaths or accidents due to irresponsible use of it. Governtment should take charge of controlling it and ensure that law are strictly abided by everyone owning and planning to have a gun. The CCW, like most, was responsible, level headed, and well trained.  That's why CCWs commit crime as the lowest rate of any group of people (including off-duty police so I've heard.)

The thing about guns is that is the existence of them and not the use of them which is responsible for 99% of the benefit.  That is absolutely the case in my area.
