It's that it needs internet connection. haha. This might not be the case in some countries, but in 3rd world countries it really does. One good reason that most 3rd world countries couldnt adapt to these kinds of currencies.

The problem which comes to my mind is surely the process of adaptation by the general market, where people will finally be able to actually use bitcoin for basic daily life needs.

Usually I don't have any problem with bitcoin but 1 irritating factor that irritates me is its price drop for a long time. As I m a trader and long time price drop don't allow me to sell btc because i bought those btc with high rate and I can't expect yo sell with loss, better let me hold those btc and wait till price rise again.

Yes indeed bitcoin prices had dropped drastically and are now being processed rose to reach ever achieved. It was annoying but I think reasonable in bitcoin because it will always fluctuate. Most importantly patience and I think it's not a problem. |

Same here, my biggest problem when there are no funds left in my bitcoin wallet  but mostly are positive things regarding bitcoin its uses and its services and convenience that it gives to its users. Nothing to complain about but the thing also worries me its everytime it drops its price i feel so uncomfortable. |

I have not came up to any issues or problems in Bitcoin so far. It works really fine, confirmations can be slow sometimes and very rarely, it always take around 20 minutes to get confirmations. Bitcoin is great and I am satisfied with it. The only problem is that I can not use Bitcoin everywhere, but it is not a problem with the Bitcoin system, people just need to adopt Bitcoin more.

Same here, my biggest problem when there are no funds left in my bitcoin wallet but mostly are positive things regarding bitcoin its uses and its services and convenience that it gives to its users. There is nothing to worry if price drops as it will bounce back in coming days, and price volatility makes bitcoin very attractive as most of the users take benefits of it in making quick profits. |

that's not a problem related to bitcoin. you have no funds left in your wallet because you have spent them all, or lost them with gambling. these are the most likely reasons. |

Feel free to talk about any problem, even if it seems unsolvable or too abstract (e.g. Bitcoin is not safe enough for the average user)

After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption.
And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security.
We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product.
One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market.
We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.
So my biggest problem with bitcoin is nothing because for me i can easily use it i love it the most whenever i made trasaction sometimes it has no fee and sometimes less fee depends on what i am going to do if theres any problem with bitcoin i will love to post it here and we can freely talk about the problem |

It's not a problem. That is a self problem by some users. Speculation are always there but it's up for the person if they will follow the trend. Trolls will be trolls. Actions will be made by the coin holder. |

I do not see any think missing in nowdays wallets or maybe i do not know what else can they include but it would be great if someone can make a wallet app with online chatting feature.but it can also take private keys and show all the transaction details we wan like how much someone send me at the chat window

My biggest problem with Bitcoin is the amount of time to takes to confirm a transaction. Other payment processors such as paypal, neteller, etc. don't have this type of problem as far as I know. But I can understand why the transaction takes a while to confirm since the block related to the transaction needs to be mined first before being confirmed.

since average blocktime is 10 minuets, it usually takes under 10 min for the first confirmation. depending on your fee, which you can influence. also some wallets/services show 0 confirmations. this takes only seconds or less time. the big difference is that once a transaction is in the blockchain there are no backsies. i do not think neteller or poaypal are offering those. |

THE PRICE IS TOO DAMN HIGH
Price is not that high at a moment, its still affordable to make an investment but if you will see price after next 5 years then it will be beyond our imagination and at that time it will be difficult to buy bitcoins. |

You are talking about confirmation times which is linked to how bitcoin network operates. This value can't be changed without actually upgrading bitcoin protocol itself. In theory confirmation times of each transaction should be 10 minutes, but recently it is often much more than that. And I agree it is a problem. But bitcoin devs has some upgrades in mind - am talking here about Segregated Witness introduced in Bitcoin core v0.13. When it will go live BTC confirmations times should be lowered. |

I think my biggest problem with bitcoin is the unstable price. The price fluctuates drastically when there are some events that are happening like hacking and then the price will dive and then if I bough when it was still high then I would be at a loss. There are other people or companies also that holds a significant amount of bitcoin and if they decided to buy or sell in bulk then it would have a big impact in the bitcoin price.
