Confirmation time

That is the problem with majority of us, but I think it will be resolved in future by the core development team, apart from that I don't see any problem with bitcoin.

Visits the LN site, and learning this. maybe Lightning network will become the answer to this problem, in the future lightning network is a solution for some big or most common problem on bitcoin. I'm very excited about this project. without block confirmation, the transaction will automatic confirmed and upgrade block size.

Confirmation time to me isnt the real big deal here to me it's selling it, cant sell them for paypal, cant sell them on debit...well you can just not "safely" i just dont like how unsafe selling btc is

Confirmation greatly affect the time and trouble for me. Since I've pending for more than five days and it was very disturbing. Perhaps if the transaction can be with a fast time can be better. Because how else is the number one user comfort.

That is true man it does fluctuate in time differences through the miners being slow wanting those high transaction fees! but that also is a big problem, selling is crazy but Confirmations i think is a bigger deal because that's how long we have to wait for our own money to even get to us to use on whatever we want!!!!!

After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption.
And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security.
We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product.
One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market.
We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.

i agree.
the price of bitcoin should be more stable in the future and the fluctuation is bad but not that horrible that you may thing.
actually these changes are good opportunities to make a very good profit if you are aware enough to hop on.

Agree, that price was not a problem in large bitcoin. The reason is indeed already since the beginning of the bitcoin appears, indeed the price changes depending on how mining conditions. So it is no problem at all and indeed what you said that the biggest problem is there in the confirmation in each transaction, sometimes there are transactions that are experiencing a confirmation more than 1 hour or even 1 day

i agree.
the price of bitcoin should be more stable in the future and the fluctuation is bad but not that horrible that you may thing.
actually these changes are good opportunities to make a very good profit if you are aware enough to hop on.

Price fluctuations is the main reason why people gets profits from doing trades. So I never that is a bad thing. Without price fluctuations, people can't buy at their considered cheap price also at the same can't sell at their considered high price.

To be honest i dont have any problems with bitcoins because i think its a perfect currency for this world, the only negative aspect that could be different is the fluctuations of the price though thats not such a bad thing that would make bitcoin very bad...

The problem lies within the transactors itself. Back then, paying very low transaction fee is quite okay and doesn't take a long time for the tx to be confirmed but not anymore. There has been quite a fee race where old coins and larger tx fees are given better priority than of their counterparts.

I think the biggest problem for me at the moment is the confirmation times. I think you guys could probably decrease the time. It is very frustrating especially when you send such large amounts of BTC to and address.

I have experience that too, it's kinda annoying but still I tried to analyze maybe there's just a delay in network that many are using the service.
So, there's a delay on it.
But that's not really delayed it only took maybe for some 10-20 minutes. So still that's fine for me.

Yeah right, I've been having trouble confirmation stalled for 5 days. Perhaps it should be repaired by bitcoin so that users can feel comfortable. But it does not become a severe problem.

That's insane because that just means the miners are not focused on your transaction even if it is high priority so that sucks man sorry but yeah my biggest problem/one of them is definitely the confirmation times.

Agreed! Confirmation time is the bitcoins biggest problem. Sometimes it almost instant but the other time it can take a very very long time to get one confirmation. From my experience, 12 hours is the longest time Ive ever got for one confirmation.

Indeed the main problem now is the problem of confirmation in any transaction. all of this may be the beginning where bitcoin started giving point to problems that need to be completed soon. However I think this wouldn't be a problem, because it will not provide a bitcoin can be detrimental to its users. This is only a minor issue resolved soon and that the

I have no any problem with bitcoin but things that making me so mad is confirmation time (more than 10 minutes) and aslo that bitcoin is still not accepted everywhere.
