big problem bitcoin when I bought at a high price after a few days the price drop,perhaps a little surprised bitcoin withstand a few days and wait for prices to rise again little benefit I will sell knowing the price rise and fall of a risk,I no longer buy in large quantities to date.
bitcoin prices have fluctuated, This may be said to be a big problem for some people, but could also be said to be a big advantage. depending on we can take advantage of it all. for me the price volatility is not a big problem, although sometimes I also just like you could be trapped by the prices when falling. |

One of the biggest problems is the fact that there are few places where people accept it as payment mean. This is a cause of uncertainty for many people, but as bitcoin demonstrates its efficiency and safety, people come to accept it over time.

Feel free to talk about any problem, even if it seems unsolvable or too abstract (e.g. Bitcoin is not safe enough for the average user)

After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption.
And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security.
We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product.
One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market.
We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.
The trasaction confirmation time because of lots users who sending lots of trasaction everyday thats why there are times that the receiving of bitcoin are super duper delayed and i don't know why and those ponzi website who uses bitcoin to scam people thats it. |

How easy it is to lose your private key  It is a long string of alpha-numeric characters so who can memorize theirs and if you write it down or have a hard drive failure then you have lost your access to the coins in that wallet. |

How easy it is to lose your private key It is a long string of alpha-numeric characters so who can memorize theirs and if you write it down or have a hard drive failure then you have lost your access to the coins in that wallet. make a copy somewhere else. there are ways so you can change you private key in some words and learn them, but i would not advise you to do that. relying on memory is not often the best solution. many will tell you to just buy an hardware wallet. |

I think during the life bitcoin bitcoin will continue to grow and continue to grow with the bitcoin bitcoin will continue to add users so as time goes on I'm sure started a lot of places that will accept bitcoin |

Nothing really. Maybe because all who were behind bitcoin have done some adjustments and upgrades on what to do for bitcoin to be easily used. I just think that the problem is the price it usually changes.  And also people are too obsessed with bitcoin and sometimes they become greedy. |

when we send btc on exchange site then it is waiting for confirmation . this is the biggest problem for a trader to trade at exchange site . i hope you will care toward my problem of confirmation. |

My biggest problem with Bitcoin is that when you decide to invest in it that from that point on you have to wait quiet some time.
It can be a while before you start making any money with Bitcoin, that is the only problem that I have with Bitcoin.

yeah I think that is a problem for all users bitcoin is they can not shop with bitcoin. I think this will be waiting a long time to happen that bitcoin currency can be accepted |

If you want to make money in bitcoin then patience is the key, if you lack patience then there is a full chance that you may get panic and take wrong decision which can result in loss. |

Biggest problem of bitcoin i encounter is when my wallet got empty that is my biggest problem but in the transaction nothing bad i can say all is great, fast and very convenient to use it.
Bitcoin transactions are not always that fast though and that is my problem sometimes bitcoin transactions can become stuck and it's annoying to return your money by yourself if you need it quick but other then that I really like bitcoin and the system around it. |

Bitcoin transactions are not always that fast though and that is my problem sometimes bitcoin transactions can become stuck and it's annoying to return your money by yourself if you need it quick but other then that I really like bitcoin and the system around it. If you add higher fees then that problem will be solved and even if it delays sometimes then we can afford to manage that as bitcoin is giving us many other benefits, so one problem can be ignored. |

Be wise if you are dealing online and think first if why they are giving that service.. before you can start dealing to someone or services.. |

Timing for transaction confirmation is a great issue.
Some governments have not recognised it as legal yet, it is also a issue.
Security of online wallets is a great problem.

bitcoin is a more secure and efficient currency the only thing which is needed we have to invite people to adopt this currency we have to introduce it to our family members and to our other relatives so with that process the community of bitcoin will increase and we will see more people accepting bitcoin as payment. |
