it has already been proven that bitcoin is good and is getting more and more attention each day so it goes without thinking that soon this attention will turn into more adoption and many more services that start using bitcoin. steam was one of the first and i am sure others like amazon, ebay,... will add bitcoin too. and all these will lead to much higher prices.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I also think that that is going to happen in the future of Bitcoin. More and more online web shops are accepting Bitcoin as a payment and currency. With the price rise this is attracting allot of attention. |

My prediction is that the Bitcoin will be next year have a higher value and that is because the value of Bitcoin was already stable for a long time and they have to know that there will be just more people that is going to use it.
But it is still hard to predict because not everyone knows what it will be.

I feel there is a price spike coming soon due to halving effect and I would like to trust my instincts, I have been buying bitcoins slowly and not investing at all of it in once, so I do not have to face a loss or a profit directly, I am trying to average it. I don't mind a little profit or loss in trade though, because I am more excited when a more serious volume of adoption takes place, price does not affect my choice of purchase, just the time. |

Transaction time can be real problem, no one want to wait 24 hours or so for complete transaction, especially in the shops. Yeah thats right, thats why many bitcoin users already shift to ethereum because of this transaction issue, I hope it can be fix as soon as we hit higher price value. |

A lot of great things ill happen in the coming 5 years with bitcoin but even in that bitcoin will get success and will flourish to become a global currency and will be readily used in all over the world at least on internet for businesses. The obstacles will be from the governments and the reason will be the only one which is its usage by criminals, the government will either ban it because of it or they will work for its more development in order to prevent it from criminal activities. It will also face the challenges from a big number of cryptocurrencies and bitcoin will have to prove that there is only successful crypto currency and that is bitcoin and nothing else is beneficial |

But I do not think the price levels of $700 will not make bitcoin more popular. We must need at least prices to cross $1000 to hit media coverage. Only the media coverage would be the better working promotion for bitcoin ecosystem to get more people into it. |

i think that the price of the bitcoin will be even higher after a few months, the price has a lot of potential to grow at the moment thus making us a lot of money i predict that this year we might even reach a new all time high, this would surely earn me some great money that i would be able to use later for my regular needs |

It doesn't cost merchants a single penny if no one is using Bitcoin as form of payment at their site. So I don't see the point of you saying it's very unlikely to see smaller merchants to accept Bitcoin. It's a plus for each online shop to have Bitcoin as optional payment option. |
