I don't understand how it works to be honest . Title of the page says "Get 88.00% by investing blabla ...."
If I click invest , and send the money . I should get my money back when exactly ? and with 88.00%  (dosen't matter how much I send ? ) ?
Term => 90 days but from what ? from the time I sent or the time he made his asking-for-loan thing

Any help is highly appreciated guys

what does the 88.00% matter? it isn't as if you're actually going to see a return on that lasting, so it might as well be 8800.00%...

I don't really understand mate . Check the link that I gave above .
If I lend him let's say 0.03 BTC now . when and how much I will get back exactly ? It says "Term : 90 days" , that should be from the day he made that thread or whatever or from the day I loaned him ? Kinda confusing to be honest .

ok... skipping over the specific terms that you stated it was (which I would totally avoid)...

the term is how much time the loan is asked for, with the last payment due 90 days after the loan goes active and the funds are released to the person asking for the loan.

I assume there is still time before the loan request expires, so the 90 day term hasn't begun yet. At the time the request expires (or if it reaches 100%, the loan goes active immediately), is when the loan will go active, if there are enough lenders to push it up above the minimum percentage it needs... so say if there were enough lenders to only reach 30% of the requested loan, the request expires, and doesn't go active, and all funds lent will be returned to lenders.

After the loan goes active, the lendee is supposed to have a schedule for payments. Could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, whatever. When the lendee makes a payment on the loan, the payment is split up among the lenders at the time the payment is made. So, say, if the lendee has chosen to do bi-weekly payments over 90 days (3 months), then you could expect the amount you lent, to be repaid over 3 months, every 2 weeks, so your 0.03 BTC would be repaid over 6 payments (plus whatever interest)

If the lendee makes a payment early or late, it doesn't matter. You get repaid when the lendee makes the payment.

If the loan goes active, there is a section on your account where you can see when you should expect payments. It is a calendar-type view.

Generally good

i have take 3 loans (35 btc total, today 12.61557270 Remaining in my 3rd loan) there all of them has per week payments.
i usualy take 30 days - 90 days loans and payments per week.

now this is removed and only allowed per month only payment why ?

i like to be per 1 , 3 , 7 ,15 , 30 days not 30 days only

yes there are many scammers in crypto world and we must find a way to block them.

Yes, max 5 active loans per user, but only for users with best rate
personally i have never take more than 1 loan .

Normaly i must be also in A but i am in B just because in my country not listed in Banks that is most unfair , i have send many mails about that, nothing happen

1. BTCjam: Mining and trading loan #4 https://goo.gl/rwj84u , 2. Scrypt.cc Cloud Mining with 120 Days ROI http://goo.gl/LXomWh ,

Yes, same to me. They had a data breach for sure, the name and the mail used for BTCJam are exclusively used for Jam. So....

BTCJam why you didn't report the breach, do you know that this must be done as per US law?Huh

Brazilian Data Protection Law
Even if there is no current legal obligation to do so, or if there is no “data controller” or “data processor” located in your country, is notification to individuals recommended in the event of a data breach affecting residents in your country (such as in credit card data breaches)?
Yes, particularly in the case of consumer data. Although notification of security breaches is not mandatory under Brazilian law, it is highly advisable to notify individuals about security breaches, particularly if such individuals are considered consumers (i.e. an end user of a product or service supplied to the individual, and the individual’s data was collected in connection with such consumer relationship).

It dosent have to be any problems with btcjam just because there the only place you used the email adress on, if you have been a member for over 90 days and invested in any loan that has gone to arbitrage then your email and name would also be known by the arbitrator and i guess any internetnode a mail passes, between you and the sender could potentially have sniffed for at least the email address.

Could always try www.btcpop.co. There in the UK and have to adhere to strict data regulation... Since joining ive had more returns than JAM... Not only that the support is great.

Jams had it in my eyes. BTCPOP is doing well as they've also acquired ardeva too. Serious players in my eyes!

How does that insurance 5%-10%-15%-20%-25% thing that is mentioned on btcpop and that is listed on loans work ? If a loan has a payment that gets 60 days overdue/defaulted and the loan had lets say 10% insured stated, does the site then offer to buy 10% of each investors note or are people instead offered 10% of the investment for the whole note, if it is the later case then the site acts more like a debt collector/debt buyer than insuring the loans. In any case its an improvement for investors to get some type of garanteed return on loans that potentially could get overdue than none that the other sites currently have.

There is also some auctioning of notes mentioned, on what page do one find them and how does that work and who gets the amount the notes gets sold for, the site or the original investor that used the isurance or is it splt in some way between them ? Can people that hasent used the insurance thing list notes defalted notes for auctioning to ?

There is mentioning of "Auto Investment Bot" is that the pool/"Instant Loan Investments" thing and how does that work, what loans do the pool invest in and can one see somewhere what investments the different pools has done in the past ?

Anyone else getting repeated error 500 in some pages after login?

There has been severe problems with loading some pages on btcjam for the last 1.5 months now, the last time this problems starting was when btcjam added the new 5 currencys BRL/RUB/EUR/INR/MXN the 16 Mars. The /listing_investments  /notes/issued_notes and  /notes pages then started to take something like 6(could possibly be somewhere in the 3.5-7 range for different persons) times longer to load when the avaliable currencys for loans increased from 2 to 7 witch obviously made pages timout as btcjams databases couldent retrieve the data as fast as they did before the change.
The issued_notes page hasent been working at all any time of the day since the change on Mars 16 if you have bought a large number of notes or have a lot of notes issued. The other two pages has also become almost impossible to load recently unless your trying off peak hours.

Btcjam really should be fully aware of the problems as there has been simular capacity problems before for those investors that have many investments and many notes bought/issued so if they did any form of testing before they made the change they knew the problems would occur but obviously didnt care that the site becomes increasingly unusable the more investments an investor makes.
