Hey BTCJam, I show that I have three investments that are fully funded, but not paid... they still show as "Funding in progress", but they are 100%.  One has been for a couple days now.

Why the delay?

Also, I uploaded a bill with my name and address four or five days ago.. it still says: "Being verified"

You guys need help?  Seems like things are running behind

When a listing reaches 100% is up to the borrower to activate it.
The listing will be automatically activated at the expiration date.

(about the bill , please check the dashboard, you mistyped some of the information)

https://btcjam.com/my_account/investments

This page hasn't been working for me now since the site came back online. Makes it really annoying to manage my outstanding investments. I get this error everytime I visit it:

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

Hi again,

How long does it take a deposit to confirm?

It has 11 confirmations so far on the blockchain.

Thanks

Thanks, I didn't know the borrower had to approve, thanks for the update.

Oh, now it says:

"Invalid document    document is invalid or is not of the requested type"

It asks for: "scanned copy of a utility bill or a copy of another document that shows your address and has your name on it."

I uploaded a scanned copy of a bill that has both my name and address on it.... I don't have a 'utility' bill, since those are all paid by the landlord.

Hello,

I really like your site and I would like to use it more but I have some reservations.

 • I can't find the change password dialogue anywhere, and it is really hard to navigate your site in general.
 • I don't feel comfortable moving large amounts of btc into your e-wallet. You don't seem to give any reassurances to this affect. I don't mind taking on risk I deem safe, but a sketchy e-wallet is not acceptable.
 • While I would love to verify my identity with your company, the rules about what kind of identities are acceptable are fuzzy at best, and I don't know how you store this potentially sensitive information.
 • You have no pictures of your team, facilities, a blog, or anything that makes me feel like you aren't just waiting for enough funds to be in your wallets and then disappear. You only seem to have a presence here on bitcointalk.
 • You do not use any form of two factor authentication.

So as of right now I can't feel safe, asking for, or giving a larger loan. Do you have any plans to change these things in the future, and when would that be? I don't really feel like building a reputation only to have it yanked out from underneath me. As of right now I would be better off just useing the forum and bitcoin-otc.com

FAP Turbo 2.0, the FOREX trading robot which also trades bitcoin!

I had to link it because I love the name. Seriously, that is the real name.

Hey, I just got an idea! How about a total for the amount of payments due? Should be pretty simple to add.. kind of sucks having to add up each payment awaiting to be made from my investments just to figure out how much BTC I have coming to me.

Did this by hand last week. The total unpaid repayments was too depressing ;-)

I'm trying to sync my OTC account, but keep getting "Error retrieving gpg keyid."  I am sure the GPG key is correct: I have used it to log into OTC today and can manually query the server and find it.  Any suggestions?

http://***WARNING***

It has been brought to my attention that a new user on BTCjam is using my ID "MAC" and trying to emulate me. His original loan ad and title were exact duplicates of a previous one I had ran. He has since changed the ad but has kept the user ID of "MAC" So please don't accidentally invest in him.

Celso, you seriously need to invest a little time to make your site better. I have made many suggestions as i am sure other have as well. You have a feedback forum but from what I can tell you haven't enacted upon any ideas.

My newest suggestion is to not allow people to create duplicate user ID's. In addition it may be a good idea to watermark all profile pictures so the scammers can't copy that as he did the rest on one of my previous loan ads.

I think BTcjam is great site but with a little more commitment you can make it a little more bulletproof for the legit people who are trying to utilize Bitcoins for a legit purpose.

Hey, love the new Receivables info box on the payments page! ... No more going through links myself to find info.  One tip, can you make it fixed(Cool, rather than fixed(2)?  Looks like you have a lot of white space you can fill, and would match what you have down in the table.

Thanks for adding that data though!

Duplicate aliases are not allowed, can you point the user profile please? (Good point about watermarking)
