I may think to leave my job if my earnings from bitcoin goes near to full time payments in my country. (currently it is not)
But jobs are our guarentee guys, you know. it is hard to leave working completely.

Yes many people's concern is similar to that. Because even we get more money in bitcoin, it's hard to spend in bitcoin format. Because a full time bitcoin earner can not keep all things earning as investment. So, before switching into bitcoin full time earner we must check for bitcoin acceptance.

I can exchange BTC -> Fiat in 1day and instant the other way around. It cost 1%, and then i have the fund in the format i want. At which point i can buy absolutely anything thats for sale in store, whether they take BTC or only fiat.

If my job paid out in BTC, which it kind of does, then its no problem, if i have some issue with holding BTC when i can't spend it, which isint the case, since i can get absolutely everything i want online with btc, then i can send it to FIAT for the times i need to spend using FIAT.

Well some of us converting btc into fiat to buy something we cant buy with bitcoin,i had sold some bitcoins to pay some bills to avoid an delay ,now im holding them ,investing at safe projects.

I used to do that until Coinbase in Canada. You can use your credit card number as a bill number and the BTC is basically transferred to fiat directly that way. There was a few days delay but it was fairly convenient.

But with worldwide online retailers that accept Bitcoin, i simply do not understand how so many people can come here and say "Poo i can't buy anything with Bitcoin so for now i'll hold."

Yes that's the main problem with Bitcoin, it's a double edge. It's fine that it's more anonymous but to pay for actual goods in a store will be hard to implement and that's the hardest challenge. Plus, in many parts of the world buying Bitcoins is not actually easy for the common folk, even for someone tech savvy. Neither is liquidity for that matter, it's even worse if you ask me.

My friend in Brasil told me its not really possible for BTC trade to flourish there because there is a massive 20% tax on any sale of BTC i believe. That means he has to get a US account and deal remotely with US exchanges.

Otherwise 20% on any transfer of BTC/FIAT is completely absurd.

I would probably quit college if I can find a golden opportunity with bitcoin. As a coder, I've always wanted to be a part of a project this big (bitcoin), but for now I think it would remain a dream. Who knows? Vitalik Buterin (creator of Ethereum) left college and went on to work his way and look at where he is now. If you are really talented on coding and cryptography and algorithms, you can find your home in working for bitcoin. Smiley

The question in the tittle is not set good.
It is similar to me if you ask will you quit your day job in USD for EUR.
Bitcoin is a currency like virtual USD,EUR... it is spendable like others, it is just a form of payment for a task, job, the answer is no.
Yeah, the title is bit weird for me too, it sounds that bitcoin is like a company Roll Eyes
But if OP means get salary in form of bitcoin I think isnt a good idea, since its value has volatility.

For the second line of your comment i would say that if you plan to invest in bitcoin after you get the salary in fiat cash money than it is more that perfect to receive your salary in bitcoins.
The price of you salary then varies it can be higher sometimes it can be lower as the bitcoin price change periodically.
If i choose to invest after i get the cash then i would accept this kind of payment but not quitting my job.
Even though this situation could give us advantage when the bitcoin price become higher, I think people still choose fiat as more stable currency to become their salary. But yeah I guess this kind of payment would be adopted by companies when bitcoin has been a mainstream thing for whole world people.

May be when bitcoin hit higher prices people may wanted to work for bitcoin in full time manner. Till that people will be having a secondary thinking on being a full timer only for bitcoin earning. Because even I get salary in bitcoin I do not has more bitcoin accepting products for my living.

What if bitcoin price is decreased? Wink

Till that people will be having a secondary thinking on being a full timer only for bitcoin earning. Because even I get salary in bitcoin I do not has more bitcoin accepting products for my living.
Well thats a common problem in the not mainstream bitcoin place, includes my city. I have to exchange it to fiat before when I want to buy my stuffs, so if my salary is in bitcoin, that would be bit hard to spend it Smiley

it's indeed possible with multiple account and signature campaign, 1 hero give you 0.12 a week, so with 5 of those you're there 0.6 a week

i can't see any other way to earn that much without buying bitcoin

As you stated above at Brazil they charge deeply ,for anything that come out of the country, usually the taxes are 50% ,but im sure there is some users that dont pay those fee they are registed and sell and buy directly wire transfer,i bought some bitcoins on this way with a member from here. The problem here happens when you got huge ammount of bitcoins and wanna to convert into fiat at once, they will be taxed ,strategy is to sell small ammounts in while a while, this will avoid those huge fee.Isnt the time to left any job to go full into bitcoin, but if the value of bitcoin gets double well sure it can became.

Sounds fun, but I have a real life job that has to pay the bills, unfortunately! Sad

Well, if you main purpose is to pay bills that is possible with bitcoin too.
It's all about the income in bitcoins, it is it good then it can be done through bitcoin debit cards.
There are many of them but there are some high and low fee like bit-x, xapo etc.

But how are you going to sell in small amounts without leaving traces that cannot be put together to tax you big time on the total sum of the sold Bitcoins? If you've got "a huge amount of Bitcoin", how are you going to go about it in a way that it cannot be traced back? I think it's too risky. You would need to go into LocalBitcoins and do in real life with a person that you trust that doesn't keep any logs and doesn't ask for no credentials.. and you never know. It has happened before that undercovers where in LocalBitcoins trying to get people doing money laundering, so I don't see how you are going to escape taxes if your amount of Bitcoin is enough to raise alarms.

how about gambling? that way faster to earn 0.10 btc  per day
+ couple bottles of beer if you got lucky,

just dont forget your limit. your goal is to gain 0.10 only, nothing more because we know all being greedy will make you lose

Gambling by definition mean you have a chance of losing that money, which isint "earning". And if you can consistently and risk-free earn that much per day, then it is not gambling. All in all, sound pretty risky to start "gambling" with your money when your goal is to make a living.

i dont have a job so i will go full time in bitcoin, and my goal is to gain 0.5 to 0.10 btc a day. i think thats not hard Smiley

it's indeed possible with multiple account and signature campaign, 1 hero give you 0.12 a week, so with 5 of those you're there 0.6 a week

i can't see any other way to earn that much without buying bitcoin

how about gambling? that way faster to earn 0.10 btc  per day
+ couple bottles of beer if you got lucky,

just dont forget your limit. your goal is to gain 0.10 only, nothing more because we know all being greedy will make you lose

wait what? Sorry, but I would never quit my day job for .1 per day? I make like 10x that doing a real job in real life FFS. Cheesy

Well if you make 85k USD per year, then my hat off to you. I know many have that much or more, but i live with 0.1BTC per day, so i would understand why someone could be satisfied with 0.1BTC as income. Especially since i live in a first world country and in some place, you can live like a god for that much money since everything is crazy cheap.

I live on 0.05 BTC/day , where I live things are generally cheap and most people are poor anyway.

Unfortunately if i would live on btc only, then i would lose tons of money in banking fees, which i would not like.

So instead I just pay with toilet paper (FIAT) my expenses and use BTC as an investment vehicle.
