Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin?

If someday i can find a job that provide much bitcoin on that job, i will thing about it. But i'm not sure job in bitcoin can go for long run. I think it's better to stay on your day job.

I also would think about it but I most likely will not do this because I already have a great job and maybe I even will turn my own company in the future in something with the bitcoin.
Its for me really depending on the market of the bitcoin and the popularity also.

You can only afford to get full time on bitcoin if you are earning higher amount of bitcoins and if the price of bitcoin is higher and stable but I don't think price stability is ever possible.

At present I really won't feel to quit my job, but if the rate of bitcoin reaches to the moon I would surely think about it, but again we don't know how long bitcoin will exist in the near future, So it is always better to play safe and have a job in our hands, earning from bitcoin is good passive income to have.

I can guarantee that most would want to quit their job after the halving prices if it stays on the real upwards of $1k minimum.

Well for me, even you are going to earn good with bitcoin still you need to work for your day job as it is always been reliable to earn with it.
And just treat bitcoin as a part time job just manage your time and effort equally.

It is so simple, if you are just investing then no need for you to leave your day job, you will only leave your job when are having a steady income in the bitcoin world and you are earning more than your earning on your daily job.

$1k is possible in next 1 or 2 years but $10k will really take a long time, and even if it touches $1k its good not to quit your job as no one knows how long it will stay at $1k.

Leaving our current job and focus in bitcoin is not really the smartest way of thinking for us if we are only low ballers in bitcoin industry because we cannot really gaurantee that we can get money in our daily wandering in bitcoins world thats why id rather focus on job what i have today and do bitcoins at the same time so by that i can have two salaries incoming to my pocket monthly.

I would be willing to leave my day job if I can have a stable way of earning bitcoin. After all, that's my goal, not having a boss and I can do whatever I want whenever I want with enough resources. It's even better if I have multiple streams of income aside from bitcoin so that cash inflow will still continue even if my other streams of income failed.

I think trading is a safety way to earn bitcoin now if you are very skillfull trader,with big knowledge about it.If you trade without knowledge,
and without some good strategy,you will always loose in a long term investment.
In the terms of topic,im pretty sure i would do this getting payed in bitcoin is something i love.

@terman i think it's depending about "what your job, how much your salary" , for me if resign from my realjob make me "free" to build "new life, new step" to be rich, i will resign from my realjob.

I don't see any way to quit my job so im stuck with working 9 to 5 if I want to keep buying bitcoins monthly and have a decent place to live. Sig campaigns just dont pay enough and I can't start my own business now, too risky.

Yes its too risky to quit daily job and depend only on bitcoin, as price volatility of bitcoin will never allow you to earn stable income so our income will depend on price of bitcoin that is really bad.

Yeah. If there are more open jobs available to choose. But if there are no option where you can earn bitcoin that last and not just a period of time then you better stick in day-job.

And now they live there, half of the year already, and making money from commenting and poker for BTC and those money are enough for food and tax and some other daily things.
So somebody can stay daily job and to concentrate on bitcoin only.

That is up to the person, if he can effectively do both then he should maintain his job and just do bitcoin as a side job, what is the most important is we are making money and we will financial freedom in the future.
