Time management would be  the main thing  and  important if you decide to accept both works for able to have a double income. Quiting your day  job is not an ideal thing to do unless  your earning  is table enough to sustain you in a matter of time but  it wouldn't guarantee you that it would last for ever and thats the risk involved.
