Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not.

you are absolutely right, probably it's worth adding that the future is not defined in principle, because no one knows what will happen tomorrow, of course we can strive to somehow change this world for the better, but this is not easy to do.

It’s crazy how right this post was. Ethereum will be bigger than bitcoin. Bitcoin is just more known because it’s the grandfather coin but look at how many coins being built on ethereum. Erc-20 tokens are popping up left and right because of smart contracts.

Certainly Ethereum can be future of crypto because Ethereum is very valuable coin as compared to other coins.But bitcoin cannot be a future of crypto.

I think ethereum is here to stay and will be part of that future, I don't believe in ethereum or any other coin's existence without bitcoin though.

If BTC falls, it will all fall. It's not like everyone is going to lose their money (which would happen if bitcoin is not the future) and now invest everything they have in eth. Eth needs btc, whether you like it or not.

The price is not everything, and it can go down very suddenly. We have seen that bitcoin's scalability issues are still unaddressed, since the blockchain was not able to handle the number of transactions coming in when the interest in bitcoin skyrocketed towards the end of 2017. If these issues persist, there is no reason that a competitor that can handle the traffic take bitcoin's place.

Ethereum price as of now is $1000 while bitcoin is 11,500 dollars.  For ms the next bitcoin sill be ethereum not today but for sure in the next years ethereum will increase more and they have possibility it will replace bitcoin but we don't know what year it will happen.  But I will enjoy first the profit that I will getting to bitcoin before I focus to ethereum.  Most of the people also believe the next bitcoin will be ethereum so you can buy now and possible tl become millionaire in the future.

Actually my opinion is, ETH is the future of crypto i am fully agree with this. But i think after bitcoin eth is the best coin. And now ETH is growing superbly. So we can say that, Eth is the future of crypto and if ETH cross Bitcoin then it's won't be surprising at all.

To be honest, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. As for me, I think it's still a long way to go for Ethereum to beat Bitcoin (or maybe not at all). We all respect that Bitcoin is the mother of all cryptocurrencies, and we should be grateful for that. Without Bitcoin, there will be no Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or any other hundreds of cryptocurrencies that exist today.

It may be the future of cryptocurrency, or maybe not at all. This world is unpredictable, we may not what happens to these cryptocurrencies anytime. Let's just see about that in a few years from now.

That's right hurt to read such posts. Mol bitcoin is already going to the past and some kind of crypto currency will overtake it and so on. Remember - Bitcoin is the foundation of the cryptomir, it all started and in the end everything comes down to it. If bitcoin goes to the bottom, the whole industry will collapse.

Though ethereum is popular and being trusted by people nowadays but one thing is for sure that not as widely as BITCOIN.Widely i mean to say is the number of people following BITCOIN are much much more than any other altcoin.So its really very difficult to beat BITCOIN.

This post was almost three years ago and used to hype people to get on board in Ethereum. I am a fan of both cryptocurrency but i believe Ethereum cannot replace Bitcoin because they have different function and purpose. Bitcoin today is now a store of value (like gold) while Ethereum's function is to cater utility token to be beneficial in the future.

I'm not sure if ethereum is the future of krypto and not bitcoin. I think bitcoin will still lead, because he's a pioneer of crypto currency. Ethereum will always be behind the bitcoin.
