Just my 2cents what happened to the thing called work hard and you will be rewarded at the end. Good thing is that you didn't go away and that you want to continue work. This says enough and people will stick to someone who will not just disappear. Let's not compare ICO scams here because this project can be much more. Also, I m not for an option to create SHIFT2.0.
This. I'm ready to give 10k, but I expect a responsible dev. So far, ShiftTeam's replies are not making me inclined to give anything. I'm waiting for a statement from him before taking my final decision though. Well im sick and tired of all bullshit talking people in here. Enough is enough, that takes a toll on everyone. I will not be nice and humble anymore, i will speak the truth. I hate people who think they will get stuff for free, people who think they own developers. |

How does it feel to have missed out on several hundred BTC because you scammed for maybe 10 BTC? Even if the suckers here fall for giving you some SHF, you'll fuck it up again because you are a scammer. You have no clue. Go to bed. You never answered my question? I think that there is no point in dirty talk, it is wasting of time. I don't understand one thing, SHIFT is cheap now so DEV it could cost you about 0.3BTC to get back into the game, not as holder but that amount can worth a lot when time comes. Either start to work and expect profit from your work in some time or create new nick here and start another coin. That's something everyone doing those days. That's something that does not last long and it is not fair or welcomed. But if you want something to last you can't expect to have profit instantly. More frustrating here is that this could be huge hit and have huge price instead some others. Maybe you have health problems but frustrations about something are healed with success So continue to work, act polite no matter how hard someone is attacking you and gain some trust again. |

You are right about alot but acting polite against people who does not deserve it is just wrong. At first i was like, "im trying to run a business here, so i need to be polite". Now im just tired of people talking about stuff they dont know about. The above retard talking about some scam, well if i would have scammed anyone, wouldnt i have made a bigger premine, like EXP 11 millions comparing to shifts 250K. I will not act politely on those who act stupid and with ignorance. Now.. i will continue the work. Maybe not in the pace as before, but still. And im back, arent i? I did not leave. I have no BTC, not a single one. So there is a problem there. I need a team, i need to be able to pay them, its that simple. Why would anyone donate anything when i release new stuff and price goes up? |

this project is dead, get over it, dev was not here for long time, price was in oblivion, most ppl dumped low, now we have 3 holders that hold 70%, the real work was done only in the start and thet`s it, after that it was just piss poor talk

If you give this scammer dev 1 SHF, you are an idiot. He'll dump it immediately just like he did the premine. There really is no need for all of this vitriol. In the end it hurts the coin. You are correct about one thing: this dev has failed before so it is likely he will fail again and any sort of re-launch or donation is a very big risk with a very poor probable outcome. Believe me though, this is not an easy task. Understanding ethereum is not easy and it took me several weeks to create this clone with all that comes with it. And no, no scam, no dump. The value of shift was so low that we had to pay 10% of all the premine just for keeping the explorer up for 1 month. Then the value dropped even more and we paid 20% more. You get my point. I wish you all the best. |

ShiftTeam isn't a scammer! He is a good guy who needs some money to keep working on the project. It's not his fault this coin was never really worth anything making the premine also worthless and unable to fund anything.
My vote would be to hard fork and add in a new 1 million SHF premine for development.
The other option is to hope for a community take over which will probably not happen as it's a huge amount of work.

What we did, we did before both EXP and SOIL. We have to this point, even though SHIFT has been inactive for a couple of months, more development than both. Now the guys from SOIL tries (and already did) make profit from this. Ironic. Crypto at its finest. Now a days you can not make a difference in which currency is trustful and not, its all the same for investors as long as they can make some fast money. Sad really. People have no clue how much time I and the rest of the original team have put into SHIFT hundreds of hours combined, and now there is a take over that tries to profit from this. Again, crypto at its finest. |

i planned on pitching in for the developer fund, unless you were going to add a bigger premine. i agree, devs need to get paid for their work, so long as they are developing the product & using the money wisely

Hey, SHIFT is back. Any more developments coming? This is a good coin. It would be nice to get a blockexplorer up. Paying someone per month was stupid. You should have bought the blockexplorer code or used an open source one.
We actually tried that. We hired altsheets to do the work, which was a mistake. We ran out of time and could not do it our selfs. I can for sure develop a block explorer, no big deal. I can also bring a website up, thats the least of problems if i have the time. So the issue here is, 1. Are we going to continue or would the community like the "takeover"? Its a simple question. I will not listen to cruton or whatever his name is. 2. We must establish a development fund. We can do that after i fix the block explorer and webpage for gaining trust, no problem. 3. I need at least one or two dedicated team members since i do not have the time to both answer questions here on the forum, doing design work (which i suck at) and code at the same time. If the community vote for that i continue the development then we can proceed with number 2 and 3. Regards |

As you know SHIFT better than anyone else and others are trying to get more devs on board, why not combine forces? I do not know how much time you can commit to the project, but from reading your comments it seems like being more of a side project to you - of course I might be wrong. In any case, it would be great to have a team behind SHIFT that pushes and delivers. I think a combo of new devs and your work as an advisor to those would be nice. |

It seems that Shift missed the recent pump of Etherem based coins. I hope it can be developed actively. |
