At this moment the official pool seems down, but you can also use the new Geilidao pool, as it has stratum support too.

ESM is for stratum mode, combine it with the correct pool port, and your ready to go.
Set mode to 1 for mining SHF only. Or decrease the dcri DCR hashrate parameter to increase your SHF hash.

If the guy's that are  pumping and dumping  stops that only means price is to low to mine it. But as for myself still hold more than 180,000 shift waiting for the price to get back up past 10,000 again. And I stoped mining shit a few days ago Due to issues with Windows 10 and my AMD r390x's crashing every 30 second's

No problems with other coins? I asked some questions a couple days ago in this post and would like to know if your problems are specific to shift.

No it was due to Drivers and  issues with Windows 10 working with  my AMD r390x's .Seems to be issues with AMD 390x's running on windows 10 .I have four Rigs mining Three of my rigs Have four PowerColor Devil 390x in each of them my other rig is running 4 R390's  and it's working fine .It's only my rig's with the 390x's in them that are having issues fixed it by going back to window's 7. All is fine now

• TEAM CHANGES
  
  With a heavy heart we have to say goodbye to Pharesim who decided to leave the project and continue
  his amazing work elsewhere. At the same time this has made room to add some additional talent, please
  welcome Ralfs and MKJS to the board of developers!
  
  They assist with the integration of GSHIFT into PHANTOM. Both are very talented and versatile developers
  and we are happy to have them on the team!
  

• BITSQUARE.IO ADDITION
  
  In our continuing effort to expand safe and secure avenues for our users to trade SHIFT, we applied for
  listing on Bitsquare.io and have received confirmation to get added with the next update, likely on May
  28th / 29th.
  
  Bitsquare.io is a new and rapidly growing decentralized digital currency exchange, we strongly urge you
  to give the platform a go!
  

• CORE DEVELOPMENT
  
  To provide the latest technology from our parent coin Ethereum we are currently updating the codebase
  to Ethereum 1.4.4. To make sure it is 100% compatible with the existing SHIFT network and chain we will
  be doing a lengthy phase of beta testing.
  

• MINING POOL
  
  We are happy to note that our own pool is very successful and has become the biggest on our network. We
  would like to thank all miners for their trust and hope they find a safe place to mine.
  
  We are currently looking into extending our services to other ETH-based coins in order to monetize the
  platform and support SHIFT with the revenue generated from that.
  

• PHANTOM AND SHIFTHUB
  
  Last but not least, what everyone is waiting for: Development on Phantom has progressed rapidly and we
  now have a working pre-alpha version ready for internal testing. Ralfs and MKJS are currently working on
  integrating it with GShift's API calls to fill it with data.
  
  We don't have a specific timeframe in mind but if things work out as we are currently planning we are
  quickly closing in on the release.

There is nothing wrong with SHIFT, we are stronger than ever

While we are still requesting getting list on that great exchange, users have to be aware that getting listed on Poloniex does not automatically mean an increase in short term price. Look at the latest additions: AMP, VOX & DCR all took a nose dive after getting added, even breaking below previous support lines.

Once we have a release worthy of advertising, we will spend time and effort on that.

We have some promotional plans that will make SHIFT known outside of the bitcoin sphere, but it's useless to start them now, we're waiting for the right time. That means not before PHANTOM and SHIFTHUB have been released.
