Milan will really need to make a big improvement for next season. Because they didn't play as good as the last champion should have done. They couldn't even enter a title race with Napoli properly. They made so many unnecessary point losses and barely made it to top four. I'm saying "barely" because if it weren't for Juventus' punishment Milan were going to be out of top four.

Therefore Milan will need to learn their lesson from all of this. They did a good job in the Champions League though but they were very ineffective against Inter in the semi finals at the same time. I don't know what they can do there next time but their priority must be to remain in a title race throughout a season.

I think they did try to defend themselves and that is why it was advanced to a higher court. But what I think still is a problem is the fact that this was the Italien court that made a judgment, but Juventus could still be facing penalties from the UEFA if I understood all the circumstances of this case correctly. I think if there is anything else to come for Juventus, it should happen soon because it isn't helpful for anyone, not the fans and not the clubs, if those judgments can happen way in the future. So for now it is still up to the UEFA to also sanction Juventus. Let me know if there has been any update I overlooked.

I think financial guilt and on the field guilt are different things. We all remember what happened 10+ years ago, and I think this one is wildly different. This one was regarding audit and they didn't pass the laws and that's why there is nothing to argue, it's mathematics, the numbers are there, how are you going to go against the numbers? I mean I bet they tried, they at least made a defense statement on court, but that doesn't mean that it will be heard, if they did it then it's obvious on the paper and they will just get the punishment.

Even though AC milan is doing well in UCL this season I think AC milan is very weak and much different if we are compared to the previous season, 21/22. I understand this can happen to any club, anyone and in any league. But what I mean here is how far they will do to be able to maintain their good performance next season. I know that it is normal for a club's performance to increase or decrease, there are even clubs that have dropped dramatically and were unimaginable before. Before that happened they had to anticipate it, they must have been prepared and aware of something like this. But with a lot of effort it can be avoided in my opinion.

No one has been able to compete with Napoli this season. For me personally, it was a sensation among all the football leagues. Napoli had an incredible season and left no chance for other clubs. Milan and Inter didn't play badly and were able to qualify for the Champions League next season.  This is not a bad result for them because first place was out of reach for them.
