Maybe Lukaku played for around half an hour in the Champions League finale but he was still responsible for not being able to carry the match to extra time. Because he got 2 important opportunities to score and one of them was like an absolute goal chance. But his targeted Ederson with his header. Apart from that Lukaku blocked a header by his teammate which could have ended up with a goal also.

I think this was like the thing that made things certain about Lukaku's future at Inter.    I'm pretty sure Inter won't extend this loan contract or sign him permanently. He will be returning to Chelsea very soon and his contract with Chelsea also expires in a year.

I really wonder if Pochettino would be keen on keeping him until the end of his contract. 

Lukaku is a good player but I think his experience with Chelsea damaged his career a lot. Before that he was more powerful with Inter and his national team.
Overall, Inter did well in Champions League and even in Serie A although the failure on some rounds. Same goes for Roma and Fiorentina, they tried their best but they weren't lucky.

Pep has always been the man to win the champions league this season and it all went well in his favor, but the problem is that all 3 Italian teams went into the finals and lost all. Is something to worry about, although Inter played better than the other 2 teams, talking about Fiorentina and Roma.
Inter tried but they didn't come out to play City, they just try to use the counter attack on City which didn't work and the Inter Milan side wasn't fast to capitalize their opportunity.
To be frank with you guys, this season wasn't a season for the Italian teams, I can't see them (Seria A teams) getting this far next season.

I would say that Manchester City deserves the Champions League title. They have played well in every match of this season's Champions League. Manchester City qualified for the final by defeating hot favorites such as Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. The team was in great form throughout the season. Beating this team and winning the title was much more difficult for Inter Milan.
But nobody can say that Inter Milan's performance in yesterday's match was bad. Inter Milan players tried their best to score. They played very well. But they could not break Guardiola's strong defense.

The Champions League final just ended the way it was predicted that Inter Milan will play  Man City tough game. But the same Manchester City didn't give them the chance to score just as it was predicted too. Manchester City have been into planning of winning Champions League this season for a very long time which they could not afford to lose the game.

The match was undoubtedly very competitive. Inter Milan played very well. But Manchester City's defense was very strong. And so Inter Milan could not score despite many good attacks. The entire match was very exciting. However, I am happy that Manchester City are champions. In the last few seasons, they have played very well but failed to win the title. They haven't made any mistakes this season. Manchester City became champions with the help of Guardiola's extraordinary match strategy.

If you look at the odds from Spezia or Verona it seems quite even because in a match like this, of course, the two teams have the same opportunities and I think placing bets on a match like this is not a good option to make money.

juventus is a formidable team, even though they will only play in the conference league but their strength does not need to be questioned anymore, this season their position will definitely be safe and they will finish again in the top 3 of series a because that is where juventus should be. Yeah unfortunately there is no way to run away from that punishment. It is one of the main factors hindering them from joining back the Champions League. They can't even join the Europa League which is another bad news. Because if they were then at least they would increase their chance of going back to the Champions League by the end of next season.

I agree that Juventus might not want to be very competitive in the Europa Conference League. It would actually depend on their situation with the titles in that time. If they are likely to finish that season without a title then they can get more ambitious about at least winning this one. By the way I hope Allegri leaves after this poor season just as I indicated before as well.

All of them fell in the final and that's quite regrettable but even so they did their best for the season and to be honest they have improved tremendously this season.
There are quite a number of Serie A representatives in European competition (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) and almost all of them qualify for a better phase than other domestic leagues, which is already a great improvement for Serie A.

Well I support Inter and Inzaghi their coach said that I still cannot believe how that ball did not enter from Lukaku both the massive chances that we had in the last 20 minutes of the game.I am very proud of the guys he continued and I would not change a thing,we played with courage against one of the best teams in Europe if not the best and we had about 5 finals in 20 months so we are growing and we will still try to win the Champions League next year.

I think that Serie A this year showed somewhat of a great football,in the three major competitions in the final were Italian teams which unfortunately all of them lost,nevertheless this is an achievement for Italian teams.

Napoli was a size too big, they turned the entire Italian competition into pasta instead of minced meat. Inter Milan had a performance at the start of the season in Serie A and they were unstable all the time, otherwise, the Inter Milan we saw against Manchester City in the champions league had the power to win Serie A even against Napoli easily but because of the unstable situation they had, Inter Milan lost top the league and the just got the ticket for the next champions league.

While they could even lose this ticket if they had more instability. I think Inter Milan we saw can have a good chance to earn great achievements in the next season if they start the season just like how they ended it.
