I haven't checked the replay of the game yet but if it was the way you described it, wouldn't Inter Milan have any right to object the penalty such that Lukaku doesn't get suspended for one or two games? I don't know how obvious it is that the referee decided two-ways between one and the same situation (or very similar situations).

Lukaku shouldn't have done it anyway, it doesn't help him and especially not his team given that he received the red card. But some players are prone to doing nonsense and destroying part of their career or even all of it. Guess who I am talking about! Balotelli!

The referee got the Lukaku decision very wrong. The Italian Football Federation has to bring stiffer measures for clubs fans that are found with racism. I think Inter Milan have forget about draw result on Copa Italia and focus at Serie A, up coming next match against Salernitana and chance for Inter securing top position standing. Have several inconsistent performance and loss points against Fiorentina make Inter dropped to 4th position awhile and winning from Salernitana will get back chance up to 3rd standings.

inter milan situation in serie A is quite bad lately because they have lost a lot of points from the 5 matches they have played. When I see games like this, why does so much action happen just before the end? The game has 90 minutes and so much more happens in the 9 minutes of injury time. If they keep this power in the last minutes of the whole game, then it would not only 1:1 at the end. But maybe 5-6 players would get a red card. The goalkeeper of Inter Milan S. Handanovic dont play in the second game and that is not good, because he is the captain of the team. Last year Inter Milan has won the cup, i hope this year Juventus can win it. In the Serie A Juventus they can not win.

These things happen from time to time. I also understand that it is very hard for the players to actually keep calm under certain situations. It was unfortunate but it is what it is. Now they will have to accept the fact that he will not be able to play for two matches.
