Inter milan will become even stronger next season because even though Lukaku has finished his contract with Inter Milan they will look for a replacement for Lukaku and managed to bring Markus Turam to join Inter milan and welcome next season with good performance.
In Serie A, maybe Inter Milan will compete with other clubs that are above it, but my belief is stronger when after seeing Inter Milan's seriousness in getting new, talented players.

They may not repeat their success, but I'm sure that the first third of the season they will be either leaders or among the leaders. i really salute Inter Milan's final result last season ^{(even though they really played unsatisfactorily at the start of the season)} but in the middle of the season they showed extraordinary things, they were even able to advance to the UCL final well ^{(even though they had to lose by a narrow score to man city in UCL final)}

It was a rocky path for them but they passed it with flying colors. They didn't start well and they also had some issues to preserve consistency as soon as they performed well and tried to carry the performance over to the next game. But as the end of the season got closer, the game became very consistent actually and they had a well-balanced strategy and also increased their performance in their attacking game. They knew that they could score any time as Martinez and the other striker became so reliable. I remember when I didn't like to watch them a lot because they were so passive and defensive, but that changed quite a lot over the last year and hopefully they'll continue with it.

I hope the same for Juventus, actually, they could race for the title with Napoli in the last season but they were unlucky because Juventus lost some points due to the penalty and then after returning the points they lost the ten points again, this had bag effect on this team performance and atmosphere while they don't have these problems in the next season and I expect to see Allegri making his team ready to finally win the Serie A title.  

It's already happened and it's a very good lesson for them so there's no need to reflect on it, all they have to do is focus on making their conditions even better next season and keep the mistakes that happened this season when deducting points and some more measures so that their players don't get hit by the hurricane of injuries again like the beginning of this season are not repeated for the new season.

Juventus are threatened by sanctions and this was the main factor of their bad performance at least in some games. This reason might make other players hesitate a lot before joining Juventus but if they were excluded from European competitions then for sure this will reduce the names willing to come to Turin.
AFAIK Juve is trying to let many players go and recruit others. Hopefully this will not be a hard job..

But I think they are screwed already even if the UEFA does not decide to exclude them from European competitions because which top player would go to Juventus Turin when they are only qualified for the Conference League? The threat that even more could happen and they might be excluded for another season makes the situation even worse, but I think it almost as bad as it can get no matter whether they play the Conference League or not. If a superstar is used to play the Champions League, going down into the Europa League is hard already (for Liverpool for example), but going to the Conference League is probably as bad as not playing internationally at all.

I would definitely love it if Milan could repeat their title-winning success, but Juventus are looking to be very serious next season. Milan and Juventus are title favorites in my opinion, but I'm still curious about their form next season.

Inter Milan might not have a good start to their campaign last season but surely had an impressive end to the season so impressive that they were one win away from lifting the UEFA Champions League competition.

True. Even though it was failed in the final but intermilan has been proving if it the club has capability to compete with so many great clubs even with old players. Inter's president targeted to be at least entered into the top 16 but intermilan was making it to the final which is very good.

I do agree with you. The defensive line from intermilan must become the primary concern by simeone right now. Simeone's contract already extended. The last seas was a success for him. Changes are always needed. Another question is that changes for the sake of changes usually do not lead to anything good. The fact that Inter had a stable end to the season does not negate the fact that before this end of the season the team was not so stable and Inzaghi's coaching work at Inter was in limbo, at least there were voices in favor of his resignation.
