One of the games this week is Udinese - Inter. What do you think about the possible result?



These are the odds. Inter really couldn't make the start they wanted, did they?    They make really simple point losses. I can't say the Milano derby was also the result of a simple mistake though. Because no matter how bad Milan started it was still a big game on paper. Inter are having hard days and I can say the same for Lautaro as well.

But after losing points in two games in a row, I think it is time for Inter to win. I want to trust them once again and place a bet on these decent odds.

Let see what will happen; they will get winning at this point; they have been disappointing this while. Their against Udinese should be something we should be expecting to win from Inter and not lose. I can also trust them once again. Sometimes a team can have a bad time and still comeback in a short period of time.

I hope that happens to Inter this time around, although I know that Udinese will want to do everything in their power to see that they do something positive in this game. However, let's wait and see what Inter will offer us this time around again. I can’t predict either, but I’m expecting them to win the match.

Varane retirement announcement: The decision has been made

Raphael Varane has decided to retire from professional football with immediate effect, bringing to an end a storied career that saw him turn out with Real Madrid and Manchester United among others.

According to Matteo Moretto, the centre-back has decided to hang up his boots at the age of just 31.

Le Parisien had reported that Varane was on the brink of terminating his contract with Serie A side Como, which was only signed in the summer, and that he was considering quitting the game.

Moretto has now confirmed the decision via a tweet.

“Raphael Varane is retiring from football. The decision has been made,” he reports.

Varane had been plagued with injury problems in the recent years of his career and following the 2022 World Cup, in which he gave a titanic performance for France in their failed attempt to defend the trophy, he elected to quit international football in a bid to prolong his club career.

It’s a shame to see one of the best centre-backs in his time retiring at a young age. At 31, Varane still has a couple of years to play competitively before he retires. I read he has suffered a couple of injuries lately that has become too frequent which has resulted to him making this decision to take a rest from professional football. Varane had a great career, he won all the major trophies in football. I wish him all the best off the pitch.

Did you not see him Injured all these years with Manchester United? Last time I saw him having impressive game time was with France during the FIFA World Cup Competition they won.
It's good to see that he's paying close attention to what the body and the brain also says. Just as other famous and top footballers has said, football will definitely miss the five times Champions League Competition winner and FIFA World Cup Competition winner. Varane retiring doesn't really surprise me anymore because he was playing just for money for a while now, and he did the right thing by retiring, which means Como won't be forced to pay him anymore, and that is money saved, from a player who wouldn't play anyway. This was something I expected from Neymar honestly, dude is getting paid 100 million just to rest at home, and that's shady at best, I feel like that's actually a bit like a scam at this point, but there is a contract so they can't do anything about it.

Varane wasn't good for the past few years, and hasn't played much for United neither, since his Madrid days he hasn't been good and when he joined Como it was obvious that he wouldn't be great, and after the injury he just decided his body can't take it anymore.

Yep. It seems too early for him to retire. He is still 31 years old, some players can play until 40 years old. However, he has a serious injury, it is a severe knee injury. Everyone mustn't expect him to retire, but the medical team may advise him to retire considering the possibility of a worse condition of his knee injury. I think it is the best decision for him.

By the way, Varane has won any prestigious trophies in football. He doesn't need to prove anything else, he is one of the best defender in history. If he retires now, he can start to begin his a new career as a coach. Or he may consider to be a staff in Como, he can support Fabregas. Thierry Henry is also a part of board of director there. He has good relationship with some people there.

Real Madrid is not as strong as they are last season and it is normal you can not get what you want everytime, but we all know real Madrid to be all and doing so playing this way is not what they expect and even me did not expect this from them, real Madrid is usually very vibrant  but this now is not what we want to see or get from them. Playing ball is their profession and this something that they are use to, given an excuses of how they are tired from last season to me is an excuse and that is why they even brought in a new player and how did it turn out worse than last season and everyone was excited when they heard it was Mbappe that they are bringing in, the mbappe now is just there with a very low performance even when people expected a lot from him, it is not to late. I also was surprised by Varane's decision to retire, especially considering he is just 31 years old. In today's world game, many players are still at their best since that age is considered peak. However, constant injuries can indeed be a big Perhaps influencing factor on decisions like this one. That is felt by Varane maybe his body no longer able to compete at the highest levels and for, us as fans, this decision came quite suddenly.

Varane have achieved a lot in football and I don’t think it is a problem if he considers to go for a retirement at this age of his, it’s perfectly okay if he doesn’t want to continue again. He has achieved a lot in football by now and he’ll really enjoy the remaining moments outside the football career with his family. He’s a player and leader that I respect a lot. I also respected his decision to retire now and really in support of it. He knows better where he’s getting at and I hope he achieves everything even after his football career.

If they continue like this we might not see them in any European league next season only if they improve their performance and start winning matches later before it is too late for them to catch up a spot in European league.

They should be fighting for a spot for the champions league and not the Europa league again this season. They’re the defending champions of the Europa league and also currently participating in the champions league which is a sign for them to improve their performance if they really want to fare far in this season. Atalanta has that quality to defeat big teams, so I expect that they do the needful from now.

But it seems that Varane's retirement is not that surprising for those who have known Varane for a long time. Like the people closest to Varane. because it is reported that all this time he has been fighting hard to fight his own body which is often haunted by injuries. Retiring at 31 is really too young. But yeah, he did it reluctantly because it seemed like it was what was best for him. And it seems he has had enough of his struggles so far. Well, we can only wish the best for Varane, who has now officially retired at a young age.

Como team is performing well today against Atalanta. The Como team is yet to win a match this season. This party is not a strong party. So in today's match we all considered Atalanta as the favorite. I think you’re actually mixing things up here, there is a clear difference between the player not actually playing well or a good player than him getting injured, Varane was always a good defender whenever he was called upon by even Manchester United where he last played his professional football at, Varane wasn’t Mr reliable Due to his injury but I can tell you he was always one of the first players on the team whenever his club plays football.

Moreover Como was actually going to terminate his contract right before he announced the end of his illustrious career so there was nothin for him at como even if he didn’t end it now. So I think Anybody who is actually insisting he wasn’t good even at United is just throwing Shades  at him for no reason because he was good or excellent whenever he is available and a clear example is the just concluded FA cup final between Manchester United and Manchester city where he pocketed Halaand the deadliest striker.

This is certainly not an easy decision. Injury is the toughest enemy for any player. His decision to end his career as a football player has indeed been determined, but it does not mean that he will really leave the world of football.

Constant injuries were the reason Varane was forced to announce his retirement at the age of 31. But these injuries did not only happen at Man United. They also happened frequently when he was at Real Madrid. Varane's physical condition makes him unable to meet the demands of a top-level environment. It should not be too hard for AC Milan to win that game, however they are not in their best shape either. Who would have thought that the table would be looking the way it looks and all the top teams have struggled already. Inter Is having problems, Juventus Turin is having problems, Atalanta is literally crashing with their three losses already. I was quite certain that Inter Milan would be able to keep up their level from last season, but no. And Juventus is having a striker problem. They have too many games without having scored any goals. Their game isn't very spectacular the moment.

With this result, Atalanta was thrown to 12th place and of course this is not comfortable for them considering 5 matches with 2 wins and 3 defeats as well as being the weakest club in terms of defense because they have missed 11 goals, obviously this does not reflect them as a dark horse club in previous seasons.

Inter Milan's next match is against Udinese who are currently third in the points table, while AC Milan's next match is against Lecce who are 17th in the points table. Inter Milan's opponents in the sixth match will certainly perform well against Inter Milan and they have a chance to win this match while AC Milan are favorites in their next match.  

If the equation is that Inter Milan lost the next match while AC Milan won their next match then we will see a lot of changes in the points table. The teams at the top of the points table will find it difficult to dislodge them from the top position of the points table unless they play against tough opponents.  
AC Milan will do well against Lecce and they have a good chance of getting full points but I doubt the outcome of the Inter Milan match.

This does happen but in rare cases and seeing it happening to Atalanta who are the defending champions of the Europa League is very surprising. They played well in the champions league and keep losing games or play poorly in the domestic league which is something worth mentioning. If they really want to compete for the top four this season, they need to top up their performance and become resistible to score by their opponents, most especially the mediocre teams. The league matches is not up to ten yet, they still have lots of time to improve their performance in order to finish in a better position in the league and also continue their good gameplay in the UEFA Champions League matches too.

Actually this result really surprised everyone. Como is a promoted team and they have not won a league match this season. Atalanta is the UEL champion last season and although not one of the best teams in Serie A but they are still a very strong team in Serie A. This defeat was beyond everyone's expectation. But I think Como deserved to win this match. They played impressively with two quick goals in the second half. They scored 3 goals in 20 minutes and it was really amazing. I see Atalanta has not had a consistent performance this season. The draw against Arsenal was quite good but it seems like some players are tired which makes their performance decrease in this match.

I think many people are disappointed with Atalanta's defeat against Como because as far as I know many gamblers bet on Atalanta but unfortunately Como really appeared surprising and defeated the UEL champion and got 3 full points. Unfortunately, one of Atalanta's back lines was a little careless in guarding the defense, he created an own goal which ended up being a loss for them and an advantage for Como because with that goal it added to their total goals to get closer to winning, this must be an evaluation for the coach to make his players more focused and not easily careless.

Napoli could also draw against Monza, strong yes but Monza knows how to command respect.
I don't see Venezia, like Como, very badly, so Roma should be able to win easily, it's clear that if they also lose against Venezia, nothing but cups...
