It is quite fair to assume that Bayer Leverkusen may be a more dangerous opponent because Dortmund can turn on clown mode at any moment and lose points where no one could have predicted. Already now Bayer is rated better than Dortmund (but still too far from Bayern):

It is the classic odds by bookmakers for Bayern Munich. I will give them that as well because they are really the favourite for the league title by far. However hopefully Leverkusen can manage to stay in this race until the final moments. The bookie always provides reasonable odds, but if you look at the current situation, it might not be wrong to make the right decision to minimize the greater level of risk.

Well, they've been consistent so far and are yet to lose a match and that's why they're currently at the very top of the table, i love how they're so devoted to succeed and playing with alot of passion, it shows they're really serious this season, Leverkusen is gradually turning into an invisible team in Bundesliga and if they continue to keep working hard on the pitch they might do better than what Borrussia Dortmund did and Probably bring Bayern Munich's reign to an end.

 I enjoyed their game play yesterday, Xabi Alonso have really groomed his players to the point that they're playing at their very best, Köln could stand a chance against them at their home ground and had very little chance to create a goal, Leverkusen had about 23 shots with 10 on target which is a very impressive stats and just like I predicted, their star player Boniface scored in the match to add to his goal scoring record this season, so far he's scored about 7 goals in 7 matches.

Leverkusen vs Köln in Germany League today, the performance of the Leverkusen team players was very good, for which the Leverkusen team won the match by scoring 3 goals. The Köln team players tried hard to play well in this match but could not score any goals.  The Köln team had a poor performance from start to finish. Leverkusen's J. Hofmann scored the first goal in the 22nd minute. J.  Frimpong scored the 2nd goal in the 32nd minute and V. Boniface scored the 3rd goal in the 67th minute to win the match.

Bayer Leverkusen's aura is unstoppable in the Bundesliga at this early stage of the season and Leverkusen are really dominating the league quite well, Xabi Alonso is working very well and knows where their weaknesses lie last season and is able to cover this season with many changes that give his players a very significant development.
Koln really struggled to keep up with Xabi Alonso's boys, a deserved win for Leverkusen.

If seen from the match Koln can defend better and not concede much to the goal, but they are always stolen which makes them difficult so that makes it an opportunity for Leverkusen to add goals to Koln.

for now and perhaps in the next few weeks, the competition in the top four of the standings will look exciting between Bayern, Leverkusen, Stuttgart which we should not rule out and even Dortmund is starting to find its rhythm. However, the most striking thing is Leverkusen, whose performance is always good in every match. Levekusen players, play consistently, Victor Okoh Boniface can really be relied on as a single striker. Likewise with Florian Wirtz, Jonas Hofmann, Frimpong and no less good, Granix Shaka, who performed well in every match with his best performance. This team seems to have a strong bond between one player and another, and also has a very strong chemistry with Xabi Alonso as Bayen Leverkusen's field architect. I think it is too early for Leverkusen to claim the championship. There is currently a 2 point difference between them and Bayern. Their goal difference is the same as Bayern. They scored the same number of goals and conceded the same number of goals. Leverkusen has no defeat in the league yet. It means that the competition in the league will be tight this year.

The competition in the Bundesliga seems to have a newcomer in the competition for the trophy this season because Leverkusen is usually only in the middle rankings, but since Alonso became their coach, Leverkusen seems to be one of the strongest teams in the Bundesliga. This week, Leverkusen recorded another victory after beating Koln with a score of 3-0. Their consistent level is quite good this season because they have not tasted defeat in 7 matches.  However, the distance between the team ranked 1st and the team below is not that far apart, so if in one of the matches Leverkusen fails to get points then the other team could shift their ranking.

Leverkusen have scored 23 goals in the 7 matches they have played, of course their front line has been very productive this season. So, Dortmund is slowly returning to the top 4 and the competition will become more interesting every week because the points are so close it could make them change places if one of them fails to maintain their performance.

All I am thinking about is, will they be able to be as consistent as Bayern Munich? They will definitely have to perform really well to actually beat Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title. in recent times, almost every team is facing a problem of injuries.  I hope that does not happen to them. Because if important players are injured in the squad, I don't think they actually have good replacements present. So I think that is probably the only thing which can stop the consistency for Bayern Leverkusen. Otherwise, it is definitely going to be a good competitive race for the Bundesliga title this time.

I think for the first time in over a decade, the German Bundesliga will be regarded as one of the most competitive and entertaining league among the top five leagues in Europe. Before, it was just a one-club show by Bayern Munich and sometimes Borussia Dortmund tries to give Bayern a little competition but this season has been absolutely different as four clubs in the are currently battling it out in the race for who win the German league title at the end of the season between Bayer Leverkusen, Stuttgart, Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.

I agree with you that consistency is something Leverkusen must have if they want a Bundesliga title this season, especially since it's only Week 7 and they still have a long way to go to get closer to the championship. Sometimes teams can be consistent until halfway through the season, but in the second round they lose it and in the end it must make them fail to become champions. Now they have a good game, their attack line is reliable, their defense is also working well. All they have to do now is maintain what they've shown so far and also improve their performance.

No, it's too big for Stuttgart even though they are one of the clubs that gave a very big surprise at the beginning of this season but to become a champion in the Bundesliga is not as simple as it seems. Some clubs like Dortmund and Leipzig who are always consistently in the top 4 are not able to realise that let alone Stuttgart.
I think they also know that they will not be able to do that so instead of trying to aim for the championship I think Stuttgart will just do the best they can with the consistency they currently have because this will be very good for their growth and at least with the current conditions they are not bothered to get out of the relegation zone like last season.

Compared to Stuttgart I am more confident in Bayer Leverkusen as one of the challengers of the champion this season. Bayer Leverkusen has not been defeated so far in all competitions and Alonso has become the most important part of this victory. The young coach knows to place the right formation during the match and almost all the strategies he uses are running well until now. For me the chances of Bayer Leverkusen are far greater than Stuttgart and what Bayer Leverkusen needs to do is still playing consistently so that they are not defeated in several matches forward.

Previously I saw very small odds for betting on Bayern Munich winning and maybe it is true that this time Bayern Munich will again achieve quite a big win even though the opponent is Freiburg. Bayern Munich even managed to score two quick goals from Leroy Sane in the first half and Leroy Sane almost recorded a hat trick in this match but unfortunately his third goal was disallowed by VAR.

Bayern Munich dominated throughout the match and there were no gaps for Freiburg to attack or even control the flow of the game. This result still keeps Bayern Munich from moving from their initial position and they still have a gap with Stuttgart and Leverkusen in the standings, this will be an exciting competition for this season.

Their consistency may be damaged when they enter a lot of matches and this can be caused by player injuries and which often destroy what has been built since the start of the season, that's why it is very important to have a squad that is equally good between the core and reserve players because the number of matches is almost difficult for players to avoid injury, especially as Bayern Leverkusen not only plays in domestic but also European competitions. But so far the quality of play built by Xabi Alonso is very good and as you said if it is consistent it is possible that we will see a new champion this season and not see Bayern Munich dominate again, but that is still very far to see and many things can happen, because a team like Bayern Munich can always find the right way to lift the trophy again.

Bayern Munich are consistent in the Bundesliga but I don't know why they can't compete with Bayer Leverkusen. Bayer Leverkusen are at their best in contrast to Bayer Leverkusen who have been performing consistently, they are unable to recover the points that Bayer Leverkusen lost in the first few matches. Bayer Leverkusen has only two points difference with Bayer Leverkusen, if Bayer Leverkusen loses any match and Bayer Munich wins their match then Bayer Munich can reach the top position of the points table again. Next opponent for Leverkusen is Wolfsburg and although Wolfsburg is not in the good shape but they cannot be underestimate especially this season Wolfsburg always be performing well at their home ground and besides that previously Wolfsburg can able to stole points from Leverkusen several times so this is could be considered as hard match for Leverkusen

First of all, I have to say we still need to keep in mind that Bayern Munich is still the best team in Bundesliga. And it is definitely still very early to predict which team is going to win the Bundesliga. So far, I will say that Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen these two are obviously my favourite picks. But there is still a very long way to go in this season.

Personally, I am not so sure about Stuttgart. They have definitely performed pretty well so far. But the problem is I am not sure if they will be able to perform consistently.

I think the injury problem will affect both Stuttgart and Bayer Leverkusen if that happens. I don't believe that either of them have good replacement for the main team players. And I will also say that about Harry Kane of Bayern Munich.

Leverkusen, Stuttgart, Bayern and Dortmund are all going very close right now and a mistake by any club could be fatal. But it seems to me that for the Bundesliga, as always, there are a few main contenders. Bayern and Dortmund.
