In the end, the chances are always the same every year where the competition for the Bundesliga will only belong to Bayern with its privilege (consecutive champions) and the second option when Bayern plays badly then the new Bundesliga title can be contested.
There is nothing to expect really when it comes to some speculation about the Bundesliga championship because in the end everything will remain the same as usual as in previous years.

Honestly, discussing the championship in the Bundesliga will actually seem boring because in the end everything will only return to Bayern even though in this case we cannot be completely sure but still a big chance will only be in Bayern for the Bundesliga champions.

In my opinion, the Bundesliga needs to be controlled by several billionaires from Saudi Arabia, so that it looks more competitive in the fight for the title and the purchase of some of the top players in the world. Today what we see is that Bayern Munich is the only club that does that and even Dortmund tries to sell its best players every season.

However, in reality, in the last 10 seasons, Bayern Munich has been able to dominate the Bundesliga and the prestige of the Bundesliga is still stable, even though at the end of the season, Bayern Munich is always the champion.
And at the start of this season there was a lot of speculation after there were several teams that performed well so that they were looking forward to being able to break Bayern Munich's dominance, I think it won't be easy.

Bayern Munich's financial strength is very different from other teams, and thus it is very difficult for other teams to compete with Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. I don't think it's mostly about performance, because at some point Dortmund had quality players and has produced top class players but they sold them off to other clubs for cash benefits, they would had been a very tough team and competed with Bayern to win the trophy, Bayern Munich is more successful than them, because they invest alot on quality players and use them to achieve trophies and sell the players when they're incompetent unlike Dortmund that sell players when they're at their peak.

I just amazed to see Stuttgart recent performance because their statistics is much better than Bayern Munich and 5 winning streak which they got was so fantastic Stuttgart even always wins with 2 goals margin or more from those matches and after international break Stuttgart will get easy opponent Union Berlin and i just look at to Union Berlin matches statistics recently and they were got 5 losing streak in all competitions with conceded 11 goals and in champion league too their chances to advances to the next round is very hard especially after 2 loses from Real Madrid and from Braga and these statistics has proven Union Berlin is weak opponent for Stuttgart besides that Union Berlin was never win again in Bundesliga since August so Stuttgart will gets easy win from this match

Leverkusen performance has been very surprising this season, they managed to reach the top of the standings due to their impressive performance. Bayern Munich dominance began to be disrupted after several other teams started to perform well, several of the teams you mentioned above are a threat to Bayern Munich in fighting for the Bundesliga title this season.
I really want to see another team become the new champion in the Bundesliga after being won by Bayern Munich for so many years. The probability for bayern to win the bundesliga become even smaller this season even though the bookies were not changing it to put bayern as the most potential team to win the trophy this season. You're right if there have been many clubs have done so many improvements to their teams.
It is challenging for me to make a judgment on whether there was a decline or not, given Tuchel's involvement with the club. The only thing i know if bayern was yet winning the trophy under naglesmann but tuchel was taking the job and he was able making bayern to win 11th bundesliga this season.
Everything is still remain unpredictable right now but but we have so many powerful clubs right now and i do like it. The way for us to predict the outcome from the match become even hader than before.

When Bayer Leverkusen played against Bayern Munich, I thought maybe the match would be a match where Bayer Leverkusen would lose. But in reality, Bayer Leverkusen managed to hold Bayern Munich to a draw and of course, this result is at least a sign that Bayer Leverkusen has a good chance of being able to compete well in the race for the Bundesliga title this season. The reason is, in the Bundesliga at least Bayern Munich is the team to benchmark, at least to determine whether a team like Bayer Leverkusen can still get points or not. I think that the most potential team to still consistnet till the end of season will be leverkusen and dortmund. Stuttgart had been starting this seaosn with very good result as it was also able leading the competition which was amazing but it's likely this will not be so long.
Stuttgart may struggle at the middle of season. Bayern must also face a busy schedule too. Leverkusen has more advantage to take the first position. Leverkusen was consistently winning the game and it's now leading the competition.

With the kind of spirit in the dressing room of Leverkusen,I don't think it will be that easy for any team to just win them,they are playing exceptionallly well at the moment,and even when we thought the derby between the two Bayern clubs will show the class of Bayern Munich, Leverkusen were able to draw them,which shows that they have equal strength this season,and if care is not taking, Leverkusen might build on this mumentum,and continue winning games till the season is over.
