Dortmund would have long out place Munich if not for their policy and it's not new as we all know and are aware but then hopefully another team gets the title this season and that will really drive home the fun in the League once again and the competitive spirit will be brought high again as the gas will have so much to look up to in anticipation.

I think that salary was not become the main concern here. De gea has been getting several offers and i remind you that even ronaldo has been trying to convince him to join in the saudo pro league but he has refused it caused by he is still willing to stay even longer in europe with his wife.
I think de gea has other reason for that. I meant let's take a look at how he was always being blamed by a little mistake once he was still a goal keeper of manchester united. De gea is still jobless now and it's still a good idea for bayern to approach him instead of buying dortmnud's goal keeper.
I would rather than try to pick him which is having so many experience instead of kobel from dortmund. I dunno why so many clubs are not even sending him an offer.

De gea is still good being used as a goal keeper but it seems like that he has special requirements for the club to be able to recruit him as a new goal keeper at this moment. I hope de gea will play again in the future.

I have absolutely no idea what reasons does he have to stay, or just not accept any offer, because I think it should be important to remember that we are talking about someone who would not be all that great if he just retires and at this age if he keeps not playing for a long time then he will just retire because nobody would want him. I would not draw any conclusions even if temporary before the winter break of the Bundesliga. I have seen very often that after the early stage of the season it looked like some teams could stand up to Bayern, but the difference was that Bayern could increase their win rate while the other teams almost certainly were about to face a decline and have a loss or draw here and there. If there are a few teams with almost 100% win rate before the winter break, I am ready to think that there could be a chance for one of them this year. But I doubt it will happen if Bayern doesn't get unlucky with injuries. Kane is probably getting better over time once he is fully used to his new team.

For Borussia Dortmund, there is no such goal as winning the league. If they put this goal on their priority list, they can be champions in a few years. Becoming a champion would bring great prestige to Borussia Dortmund. The closest they came to this in recent years was last year, when they lost the last match and missed the championship. It's not like I wanted to undermine Dortmund at all but I feel that Dortmund also needs to step up their consistency to a level at which Bayern are in. And Dortmund do need strong players to get that consistency. With players moving out or being sold they are relying on fresh faces and experience with which I feel chances are very low to win a title. Even if they do I would say they are lucky to win the title.

With the way Bayern Munich are structured definitely I will agree with you that it will take a bit of luck to get Dortmund to win the title. If you look properly the league is usually won when you have a very strong and large squad and Dortmund last season had that squad. Although they fell short of winning last season my thought is they will regroup and comeback stronger by adding more players this season but they even ended up letting some of their key players leave, some like Guirreiro to even your biggest rival.

This period is seriously a time when other team will have to dethrone Bayern Munich because if look from last season they are having an internal problem in the team that spans beyond just players and managerial issues but rather a management problem which we saw a very chunk change of directors. This kind of situation is what I want other teams to capitalize on and Only Bayer Leverkusen is doing that at the moment and I hope they go all the way to win it

They are a club which actually never goes for the trophy.  And when I say lacking passion, I mean not being able to win trophies. I think failing to convince a player to stay is the main reason and not selling them. What if player puts a pressure and declines contract extensions? Then obviously it will be loss for  Dortmund later on as the player will move out for free. I must say that Dortmund's strategy confuses me. In one way, they make and develop these great players, which makes us fans excited about what the future holds. Suddenly, boom! They dispose of them. It's like watching a really interesting TV show and then finding out that the main character goes after the first season. I'm thinking like the main reason why David de Gea couldn't find a team for himself is his high salary expectation. He couldn't reach an agreement with Manchester United because of this reason. If Bayern Munich didn't spend a lot of money on Kane transfer then maybe they would have made an official offer for de Gea who knows. Because it took them even a long time to reach an agreement for Kane transfer at a price as favourable as possible.

Since De Gea is currently without a club, I don't believe he will continue to demand a high pay for himself. Instead, I believe he will consider any offer that is made to him. De Gea is 32 years old and will turn 33 this year; he is not losing age, but he is getting older, and in my opinion, he can no longer keep the way he used to. I can see why Bayern Munich did not prefer to sign David de Gea because they want to always to be the first in the league. I dont agree on that , and Dortmund putting a lot of effort in it to win the title but they doing that on a different way.
For sure they would be have the Money for getting very good players and hold good players , but for how long would this be working ?
Even they lost a lot of very good Players in the last years i think they are on right way and making every season little steps forward to catch up with Munich in league.
