When I heard the news of his appointment from Burnley, I thought it was a joke until I verify that is was true. Since then, I have been struggling to understand why they have to hire a manager that that took Burnley to relegation to manage a tope team like Bayern Munic that just had a disastrous season without any trophy. There is the expectation from Bayern Munic to fight for their place at the German Bundesliga next season, hiring of Kompany  does not seem they are preparing to do that. At least judging by the available records, there is nothing much to show for Kompany as a coach both at Anderlecht and at Burnley, the two teams he has coached. I was expecting them to hire a coach that plays more of attacking football than defense. I just hope I'm proven wrong when next season finally comes.

This is quite strange for me because it may be unusual with situations like this about Bayern Munich hiring the services of a coach who has not so much experience and great achievements in the history of football, we know Bayer Munich is very good and they have many achievements during their existence, of course this is like something strange and in question, why and why Vincent Komapny is the choice to lead a squad as big as Bayer Munich.

First of all, Xavi is different from Xabi, Xavi is a former Barcelona manager who's currently replaced by Hansi Flick while Xabi is the manager at Bayer Leverkusen. So, please differentiate between these 2 managers .

OFC, Vincent Kompany joining Bayern Munich makes the atmosphere in the Bundesliga even more interesting to look forward to next season. TBH, right now I'm still skeptical about his future journey, Kompany's first match will be in the end of July against Duren, that's where we can see how Kompany can brought Bayern Munich.

On the other hand, the situation in Bayern Munich is getting worse and now it seems after Toni Kroos getting retired from Real Madrid, they want to hire another player, and Joshua Kimmich is linked to this team. Joshua Kimmich's relationship with Tuchel was not good to make this player think about leaving and now after Real Madrid sent an offer to him, he is again thinking about leaving Bayern Munich for Real Madrid and taking the place of Kroos in this team.

Despite various assumptions, Kompany deserves the opportunity to prove himself. Kompany main priority is of course to bring Bayern Munchen back to dominating the Bundesliga next season, even though we know this will never be easy. The main competitor in the race for the trophy is definitely Leverkusen, the team that holds the status of defending champion and has never suffered a single defeat in the Bundesliga. Kompany certainly understands the intensity of the competition he will face. Armed with his experience with Burnley in the Premier League, Kompany has the opportunity to manage Bayern Munich well, so that it can meet fans expectations.

No one is doubting the credibility of Vincent Kompany as a good manager but you can not compare the Burnley team that he managed to a big club like Bayern Munich, yes he has got some good experience as a player and as a manager but I just hope he doesn't end up like Frank Lampard when he was appointed as the manager of Chelsea. Kompany is a young manager I believe his age and the experience that the Munich management saw in him was the main reason why he was chosen as the manager when there are other experienced managers that are available for the job.  Personally, I don't see the Bayern Munich team having a bad season next season this is because as we speak he has already studied the weakness of the team watching them from outside and making him the head coach now he will likely wat h with the players to get a better performance which is what the team is lacking so far so let's give him one season and watch if the game play of Bayern Munich will get better of they will need to get another manager before the end of the season.

Every league comes with their own peculiarities such that you may be good in one and I'm getting to the other you turn out unproductive and this happens to both players and coaches and I don't think in this case it's going to be any different because kompany is to be faced with a serious challenge that's not with a regular average team in the bundesliga, the team he's to handle is like the giant of the bundesliga.

It's very obvious that the expectations on him is really going to be high because the team he is to coach is a very top notch team in the whole of the German league and they have a record they have maintained in a very long time of which they couldn't maintain with tuchel and would want to get back on track so any coach who's to take over and be in charge of the team has got a whole lot to do so he can be able to meet up with the expectations and the standards the team has gotten but then it's not looking like all those matters a lot to the management at this time.

Leverkusen under the management of Xabi alons has achieved quiet a whole lot this season and now they would definitely have a working strategy for the bundesliga considering their experience last season and so the only league they will really have to struggle with will be the champions league because they don't have so much experience with it so it's more like they building an experience around it now.

Vincent Kompany without doubt have shown signs of a young manager who is very likely be become one of the best managers in the game of football in the nearest future but the truth is that he's never managed a big club and that's why I'm of the opinion that Bayern Munich took a big risk to sign the Belgian. Bayern Munich is unarguably the biggest German club in history because of what they've achieved over the years and I think it'll be very difficult for someone of Vincent Kompany's level of managerial experience to manage the pressure that comes with managing a big European club like Bayern Munich.
I would be very happy if Vincent Kompany can defile all odds and succeed at Bayern Munich because I admire his style of football but thinks he should've managed a club that's a little bit lesser than Munich. We've seen young managers succeed at big clubs in the early years as football managers and I hope Vincent Kompany becomes one of them.

It has always been in my opinion of Leverkusen not trying to sell their current players as they seem like a perfect blend for them work alongside their coach who has tirelessly made sure the team is always in their best capacity to deliver and be as productive as possible so they aren't loosing a single game and not only are they going to win a trophy but they are aswell going to set a record in their league for others to follow.

Next season is going to be far more competitive, as one of Leverkusens most successful coach of the decades,  he should be expecting such things by next season because he's definitely going to come across them either by choice or by chance and these team have now got their eyes on Leverkusen in that they want to be able to defeat Leverkusen in this their fixtures as it will be to them a big deal and a thing of the league and  that Leverkusen cannot stay again in the league unbeaten till the end of the season but I think it's something they can achieve if they consider it achievable.

This time around it's definitely going to be difficult for Leverkusen to be able to attempt those records they attempted lasts season because they may not get all the privileges he had gotten last season, Dortmund who happened to be the German representative in the champions league final, failed to bring it home but I believe they are going to win some day again because they have actually win the champions league before now.

So we can say which manager is better, even if somehow Bayern wins the title this year, we can be certain that you can switch the managers and Bayern would definitely win the title, right now there is still a chance that Leverkusen could win and all of that is only because of Xabi, if Xabi was at Bayern and Vincent was at Leverkusen, we would have seen Bayern win the league before week 30, and see Leverkusen be 8th. It was a horrible fumble on Bayern's part to get him, I do not trust what they saw in him at all.
