There is no assurance that he will follow Guardiola's lead at Bayern Munich when he was still there. I'm sure it wasn't because Bayern management didn't have any other options that they finally recruited Vincent Kompany, of course there was something interesting about Vincent Kompany so Bayern management chose Vincent Kompany to be able to revive Bayern Munich's performance.

When we think about the kind of a squad they are building for next season I believe they are ahead of nearly every team already. Only Manchester City would be head-to-head against them but I believe Mbappe is a way better player than Haaland, so.

- Bayern was dissatisfied with Tuchel's performance as coach of the club in a season after the club sacked Bayern Munich, and the club called back Naglesman who rejected after speaking with a Bayern representative.
- Bayern was looking for a new coach to lead the club and the club is considering Xabi Alonso as a new hire to replace tuchel but the bad story is still continue caused by xabi alonso was not keen to join in bayern munich as a new appointment. Bayern suffered a setback when Xabi opted to extend his stay in Leverkusen for another season. After Xabi turned down Bayern's offer and the club went back to send Tuchel a contract extension which is also making him feel even more difficult to accept it caused by tuchel has been feeling very disrespectful to the bayern caused by it habits.

However, I am not sure he is able to make Bayern Munich perform well next season because Bayern Munich has found quite strong competitors in the current Bundesliga and Bayern Munich needs a really smart strategy from the coach to beat Xabi Alonso's intelligence in providing strategies to Leverkusen because so far there is no coach who has been able to beat Xabi Alonso's intelligence in the Bundesliga except for Gasperini who comes from the Italian League and Vincent Kompany has to learn from that coach who seems clever in carrying out tactics when dealing with Leverkusen who never tasted defeat at that time.

Why will coaches reject Bayern Munich offer which led to them settling for Kompany. I can see that Bundesliga will soon become a fight for the strongest and not for only one club, just as it use to be in the past. From what I am seeing, is like Bayern Munich might fall out from being on the first two club after the end of next season. This is because there are clubs are improving their performance and looking for a means in which they can win the league. We saw that this past season from Leverkusen, and Leverkusen is still as strong as they are with Xabi Alonso. not only Ten Hag, but Sancho as a player also feels that he is innocent and has a big ego, which means that neither party will give in for the sake of the team, so one of them has to give in to leave Man United.

I can see that Bundesliga will soon become a fight for the strongest and not for only one club, just as it use to be in the past. From what I am seeing, is like Bayern Munich might fall out from being on the first two club after the end of next season. This is because there are clubs are improving their performance and looking for a means in which they can win the league. We saw that this past season from Leverkusen, and Leverkusen is still as strong as they are with Xabi Alonso. But Bayern Munich is still facing difficulties with getting a good coach to manage the club for them to be winners next season. It is that the Era of Bayern Munich wants to fade away.

Some coaches rejected the offer made by Bayern Munich, maybe they were not compatible with Bayern Munich or there was something else that made them decide to reject the offer that came to them. Bayern Munich moved quickly and in the end they decided to appoint Vincent Kompany and Kompany accepted the offer that came to him.
