I'll give a big clap for bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart for their unique performance this season for thier unique form and positiom on the league, Leverkusen has created a history of been unbeaten in their league, I would never had expected them to do this well but what was beyern doing, although they did well but they couldn't leave this season with any trophy even as a big team that has been winning their league for so long now, they even lost this match against Hoffenheim, I must say their performance wasn't the best this season, although i can't blame tuchel, he has been a good coach but I think it's the start of a whole new history where every club gets to win the league now.

I completely agree. Leverkusen historic achievement in Bundesliga under Xabi Alonso management is truly admirable. While not winning Europa League may be disappointment it does not diminish their accomplishments. In fact it presents opportunity for growth and improvement. Xabi and team can learn valuable lessons from defeat which will serve them well in upcoming Champions League. It is essential to maintain focus and approach each game with  winning mindset building on their successes and using setbacks as motivation to push forward. In my opinion it is a pretty controversial choice, but Bayern wasn't actually left with many other options. If I was Kompany, I wouldn't have hesitated and immediately taken the opportunity. It is not about him, but for Bayern I think it is a step back. He should be given a chance of course, but I remember when they decided to sign Kovac as a coach and he failed big time. You can quickly notice when Bayern doesn't have a coach who is a big name. Tuchel is a good coach, but has been lucky a couple of times in his career. They had Heynckes, Ancelotti, Guardiola, van Gaal and some other great names.

It won't be easy for Kompany because he will be asked whether he knows that he was like option number 6 or so. I am still surprised that so many coaches declined the offer. When the name Roger Schmidt from Benfica came up, I thought he could be someone who goes for it, but no. Glasner, quite a nobody and also declined. Nagelsmann declined.

I highly doubt Vincent Kompany has the ability to manage a squad as big and star-studded as Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich has a lot of star players. And managing and controlling star players is not an easy task. It requires experience. Vincent Kompany is not experienced enough.

I've never seen the Burnley team play so well with the help of Vincent Kompany. Burnley have fallen into the relegation zone this season. This team won only 5 matches in Premier League. So we don't see Vincent Kompany as a very good coach. Why Bayern Munich management appointed Vincent Kompany as their head coach is still beyond me. No one would have thought that Leverkusen would perform consistently without ever losing in one season. Leverkusen improving performance will increase competition next season, the Bundesliga habit of only being dominated by one club has ended this season. Stuttgart also made a big surprise after finishing in second place. Stuttgart success in reaching runner-up forced Bayern Munich to settle for finishing in third place.

I really havnt heard anything from Vincent Kompany and how he is working , but i guess that he was the only Coach that wanted to be in Munich.

Coaching a mediocre team and coaching a renowned champions like Bayern Munich can never be similar. Coaching star players is difficult. And Kompany might be talented. But he is not experienced. Kompany was the coach of Burnley, this season Burnley did not play well and did not qualify for the Premier League. Moreover, another important thing is that Bayern Munich will definitely want to win the Champions League title. Kompany has no experience on the Champions League platform.

Bayern has been playing quality football that would dominate the league for many years. But this season they could not achieve this anymore. I don't know whether the coach or the players in the team should be blamed here. In general, we can say that everyone has a failure.
I don't think there is a significant difference between finishing second or third in the league. That's why I don't think it matters much that they lost the last match. They could not earn any points from the last match because they conceded 2 goals in the last minutes of the match

There is no guarantee Bayern Munich under the control of Vincent Kompany can win the Bundesliga title next season, because in my opinion there is still not enough quality, but let's give him time to prove it. Because now at Bayern Munich at least they have enough players to support them. So it's a matter of whether the players are qualified, it just depends on Kompany quality in training the players. I remember Kompany and Sane had the same uniform when they were at Man City. Will this be awkward where Sane is still a player and Kompany is the coach.
Like it or not, the conclusion is that Kompany must win the trophy, because Bayern in Tuchel hands only finished in 3rd position, we can easily judge that if Kompany is able to make Bayern Munich improve then they must win the trophy, but if at the end of the season Bayern finish in the same position or goes down in 4th position means Kompany failed in his first season. It's that simple to see Bayern results in Kompany hands.

Kompany should given a chance and let us see what he gat for Bayern next season. It is not good to underestimate a coach because he did not win trophies during his days as a player. He might be able to do well in coaching. This was the same way we all critized De Rossi, but he was able to surprise us by winning his first five matches and only lost to Inter. So I think we need to see what Kompany will be able to do, if he will be not be able to win a trophy to Bayern next season like just like he didn'twhen he was as a player

there is no doubt that the performance is going to be pretty bad under the management of Kompany from Bayern Munich. the reason is he has not actually achieved anything substantial in his managerial career.  yes, there is also another factor of him not having enough experience as a manager.

 it should not be a big problem for Sane to actually work under the authority of Kompany and since they have actually played with each other, it should work out better.  but of course, things might be a little awkward at the start.

Yes, Kompany must have to win the Trophy I absolutely agree with that.  and he should also remember that he is the coach of a great club right now. a club that has not lost the Bundesliga title for 11 years.  and now suddenly they have lost that. have actually brought him in as the manager to make sure that they win the Bundesliga title again.  he should do everything he can to actually deliver good results and trophies as well.

I'll give a big clap for bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart for their unique performance this season for thier unique form and positiom on the league, Leverkusen has created a history of been unbeaten in their league, I would never had expected them to do this well but what was beyern doing, although they did well but they couldn't leave this season with any trophy even as a big team that has been winning their league for so long now, they even lost this match against Hoffenheim, I must say their performance wasn't the best this season, although i can't blame tuchel, he has been a good coach but I think it's the start of a whole new history where every club gets to win the league now.

Bayern has been playing quality football that would dominate the league for many years. But this season they could not achieve this anymore. I don't know whether the coach or the players in the team should be blamed here. In general, we can say that everyone has a failure.
I don't think there is a significant difference between finishing second or third in the league. That's why I don't think it matters much that they lost the last match. They could not earn any points from the last match because they conceded 2 goals in the last minutes of the match

This is a success that Leverkusen can create, yes they have succeeded in breaking the dominance that has been held by Bayern Munich, and this season they have succeeded in making Bayern Munich helpless in front of them. They carved gold ink by winning the championship title with an undefeated record too. I express my deepest appreciation to them and also to Xabi Alonso who has succeeded in becoming the coach who has brought Liverpool to great success this season.

No one is to blame for Bayern Munich's failure this season with their failure to defend the title and also their failure without winning the title this season. It is their collective responsibility to restore the spirit they have lost this season. They have to improve, and they have to realize that now they have new competitors who are ready to provide tough competition. If they are usually comfortable almost every season, now they no longer feel that comfort.
