Vincent Kompany has big job ahead of him as manager of Bayern Munich. He had great career as player and some experience managing Burnley but it is unsure if he can handle big club like Bayern. He helped Burnley move up to Premier League but they got sent back down which raises concerns. However he learned from great manager Pep Guardiola when they were at Manchester City together. Kompany style of football is exciting and I hope he brings that to Bayern. Managing famous club like Bayern is a tough task, even for someone with Kompany experience. Because the last time I checked, Kompany was a player, not a coach, and this is something different people are viewing: how Bayern Munich is and how Bayern Munich wants things to get better in a short period of time. You didn't seem to State clearly what you think is the problem Bayern Munich may have, this season felt like a bad one for them and it's okay to think and feel that way because they are usually known for better performance in previous seasons , even by the records they appear like they enjoy monopoly of winning the trophy in years only at intervals just like this season other teams get to experience what it feels like to lift the league title.

The expectations of the management of the team and the fans probably might have been cut short and not met aswell in that they have not been in a position where they don't get to lift a single trophy by the end of the season and so for such to have happened this season, it was enough to have raised concerns and even influence the decisions the team a d management made which led to the dismissal of their head coach and I see it as an almost normal reaction most team get especially for such teams that have got a management thats not patient enough to give a lot of time to the head coaches.

We have discussed the coaches mentioned in this thread, Arne Slot was even linked as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel. but in the end, Vincent Kompany was appointed to handle The Bavarians. The option to keep Tuchel ultimately failed, and the Belgian coach will handle Bayern Munich next season. So, Bayern has appointed him as coach at the Allianz Arena.
