The biggest fixture in the German Bundesliga was played today at the Signal Iduna Park as Borussia Dortmund hosted current league leaders Bayern Munich and just like many of of predicted, both teams had a difficult game that they had to settle for a draw. I expected better from Bayern Munich than what I saw from them tonight. Borussia Dortmund in my opinion was the better team which was why they were minutes away from claiming all three points before Jamal Musiala scored in the dying minutes to help his team claim a point

This fixture got the attention of so many a story are two big contenders in the German league, Munich for me I expected to get more goals but then my prediction did played out in that I was to an extent expectant of a goal from both teams and luckily it ended a draw with both teams having a goal each, anyways the most important thing is that Bayern Munich is still at the top of the table and not setting back as a result of the single point they got off this game amidst the expectations.

I predict the draw will be greater than Dortmund winning or Bayern Munich wins.
From the results of H2H, Dortmund once held a draw when entertaining Munich and currently Vincent Kompany has a good strategy such as choosing a draw rather than losing.
We see the previous results when Munich faces a big team that has stable performance such as Leverkusen and Frankfurt which ended in a draw.
So there is no other reason besides choosing a draw that currently has odds @4+ which will be very profitable. And Dortmund certainly also does not want to be ignored at home.

Bayern Munich is going to take the field against Dortmund today to take 29 points to 32 points in the German league.

Yes, as predicted, in the end the match ended with a 1-1 draw, so both teams had to be willing to share points. Initially I thought the home team would win this match, because Dortmund was able to take the lead first, but unfortunately with a narrow 1-0 advantage, Dortmund was unable to maintain its lead until finally a goal was scored in the 85th minute through a pass given by Sane and greeted by Musiala's header.

On the other hand, G. Kobel also performed quite well under the goalpost, he made several crucial saves, so that not many goals were scored in this match.

The match was quite fierce, and as usual Bayern Munich was the one who always dominated the course of the match, but under the dominance and a lot of pressure given by Bayern, Dornmund's defense line was able to perform well and solidly, and Dornmund's fast attacks were truly surprising.

By the way the defeat of Leipzig by 5 goals to one against Wolfsburg is very humiliating. Even their unique goal came at the end of the game when the players of the opponent are pretty much sure they won the match.

I don't get it what happend to Leipzig because recently they have displayed poor performance and so far Leipzig has been unable to win in the last 6 matches and the latest is today that surprisingly Leipzig lost from Wolfsburg with huge scores and i think this is dissapointing and conceded 5 goals in a single match has been showing there is a problem with Leipzig defensive lines however at the beginning of season Leipzig have displayed impressive performance even at that time they can able to occupy 2nd place and because they were suffering several loses then Leipzig position dropped to 4th place and if this situation continues i am sure Leipzig will be out from top 4

And finally Dortmund was able to prove most of us wrong because with their poor performance no one would have expected them to secure a draw against Bayern Munich but at the end they made things difficult for Bayern Munich as they hit the first goal and made Bayern Munich to beg for an equalizer which J. Musiala helped them to get in the 85 minutes which led to the game finishing in a 1:1 draw.

The would have been happier if the had capitalized on their first half lead to win the match. I think they will really feel bad that they were unable to win the match but if they think deeply they will realize that Bayern Munic is not a small team but team they should be happy to snatch one point from. The match was interesting and a little different from the expectations of people who though that Bayern Munic will demolish Borussia Dortmund tonight. I guess we can now agree that football sometimes can be unpredictable.

Guirassy was playing for Stuttgart during the last season and he had perfect performance in this team. At the moment, this is the only shocking result in this round, 5 goals at home is a disaster. As for the fight for the top 4, we can expect Dortmund to rise, accordingly, Eintracht, Freiburg, Wolfsburg and Leipzig will be competing for the remaining 4th place. At the moment, it looks like Leipzig will be able to win the competition against Freiburg at most.

Yup, Leipzig getting heavy beatings at their home turf from Woflsburg was not something I expected. Before that game Leipzig had one of the best defence in the league (second only to Bayern), with an average of 0.75 goals lost per game. Something went really wrong for them today and it could be a sign of a dip in a form. They got overtaken by Leverkusen who won 2-1 against Union Berlin.

The split of points in Dortmund Vs Bayern is a fair result in my opinion. The game wasn't super exciting, Bayern had an advantage throughout the whole game, but in terms of goal-scoring chances created, both teams were about equal.

This is big match this weekend and Dortmund have the advantage of playing at home but Bayern Munich have the advantage on paper regarding the quality of performance which is much better than Dortmund, clearly Bayern Munich are the favorites and bookmakers are still giving odds that are still quite profitable for Bayern Munich.
But it is little doubtful if take Bayern Munich as favorite for betting because the odds are still at @1.68 and now have changed to @1.69, if the team is guaranteed to win then it will definitely show @1.20 or less but Bayern Munich have quite big odds.

Even 1.1 is not a guaranteed outcome, believe me I lost a lot of money on such "guarantees". Yes, on paper Bayern's victory is certain, but this is a German classico + random Dortmund + Bayern are doing too well.
If we remove everything we know and just evaluate it on paper, then 1.68 is easy money. But for me personally it is obvious that if there is value in this game, it is in the opposite outcome.

Haha it seems not only you but many people including me also experience it, they are Manchester City and Real Madrid who always have very convincing odds but end up losing.

The game would be easy if Bayern didn't miss lots of chance. They got plenty of opportunies to score, but their horrendous finishing was the main problem. It's terrible to see when muller shoot the ball straight to the goal keeper. I'm not happy with the result. They could at least scored two with 7 goal attempts.

As seen in the picture, there was no winner in Der Klassiker between Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern Munich, each team was only able to score 1 goal and the match ended in a draw. Bayern and Dortmund traded attacks throughout the match which presented a fierce battle between the two. This draw does not change Bayern's position at the top of the standings with 30 points, while Dortmund rose to fifth place with 20 points. A very fair result in my opinion because both teams showed their best playing quality in this match.

Musiala is the savior for Bayern.

He scored the one important goal against St. Pauli and it was the winning goal. He scored the only goal against Benfica Lisbon and it was the winning goal. Then he scored 3 out 4 goals against Mainz in the DFB Pokal.

A lot has been about him recently and it's a bit mysterious why he doesn't show up in the top 30 for the FIFA World player awards. I am not suggesting that he should win that individual award, but not being in the top 30 is probably wrong given that he has played a great European Championship and was one of the top scorers there and he regularly scores important goals and is one of the most important players for Bayern.

Then they instead nominate Yamal and Wirtz. It's a lot about subjectivity and what taste those have who select this preliminary list, but I think he should soon be on that list.

Yea it's true, and I also share the same sentiment as you bro, with the way Bayern Munich has performed this season, I believe that it safe to say that the title is theirs to lose, because before now last season under the leadership of Thomas tuchel, they were already far from the top, and Bayern Leverkusen was way ahead of them in the league standings, but right now, it's totally different, they have improved massively, and they can even afford a draw away from home to borussia dortmund which is know to always be a very difficult encounter for them, so if they can maintain this their present form all true the remaining part of the season, I believe that no team in the German bundesliga right now can stop them from lifting this year bundesliga title.

Musiala gets all the attention he can take, he is the future of German football and everybody knows that! To bad he scored for Bayern and steal the point from Dortmund. But yeah, in the end a draw is what BVB was hoping for I guess, I actually expected worse so I think it's a good result. This with keep the momentum and moral up for Dortmund as they saw they can keep up with the best. Now it's up to them to carry that momentum into the next games before the christmas break!

For Dortmund it is fair because they are not in good condition at the moment, but for Bayern Munich the draw they got actually made them a little disadvantaged because they should have been able to win the match if they could have utilized a number of opportunities well. Initially I also predicted that the match would be tighter where both teams could score more goals, but in reality they were only able to share one goal. Luckily Bayern Munich have a points advantage over Frankfurt so a draw in this match does not have a much bigger effect on them. Leverkusen have started to show changes in the previous four matches and we hope they can continue to perform optimally so that they have a chance to compete with Leverkusen and Frankfurt.

It's true that Leipzig hasn't been doing well in the last few games, I don't know what's happening to them that they're falling in position with each game, but conceding 5 goals in the game against Wolfsburg was something that really surprised me

A few rounds ago when I saw Leipzig having good results, I thought: in which round will Leipzig's collapse begin? This is because cases like Leverkusen don't happen often in the Bundesliga. Beyern manages to become champions because they have more victories and benefit from the fact that other teams lose a lot in their games. Fortunately for me, as a Bayern fan, I'm happy that this season things are going as they did in previous seasons, unlike the anomaly that was seen last season. I hope we become champions. I'm not surprised by the result of yesterday's game. Dortmund can surprise sometimes.
