I am guessing it takes a year or so after that to end that conversation since decent doesn't have a separate bounty thread, they will come in here to complain.

I really don't know why it´s like this in here. Many projects got their bounty program and did well come over with it.

Testnet is technically ready, official announcement, coming soon. The web voting tool and redesign of the DECENT main page are both currently ahead of schedule.

Sometimes it react like this gone crazy due to low connectivity issue but all the time it works great. You should check you internet connection if you had this kind of problem again.

On the smartphone go to setup and click on automatic date and time and the Decent wallet will work fine.

Thing is, that we don't decide if it is an utility token or not. Merely calling it as such doesn't really make it so. SEC decides if it is a security or not..

Yes it's a silly once you realize the difference between Decent and the coins that were delisted. Decent has an active dev team, and a lot of future potential.

and then there is also the Howey test. I think future projects that are serious about this will design them properly around the Howey test.
