Well it's really nice to see that this coin got listed on Bittrex Smiley That's always a good thing Wink Now the one question I do have is the POW phase ongoing forever this way? Or does it eventually switch to straight POS with the swinging rewards?

Looks like it's indefinitely.

LAST_POW_BLOCK = 1000000000
MAX_MONEY = 40000000 * COIN; //Max Supply 40 Mil

So pretty much indefinite but not exactly.

Heya

Just FYI that we're mining SWING on our multipool: www.xpool.ca and sha256 miners have the option to keep their SWING just by entering their SWING address in their user settings. It is a minable coin only and not a converted payout coin.

Cheers!

Thanks!

I've added xpool, bittrex, and additional bittrex chart to the thread.  Smiley

and how many years till the end block ?

Well, it's been 24 days (we launched on the 30th) and we are on block 22081.

So that means the chain runs a little faster than programmed in at about 920.041666667 blocks per day (probably due to hash rates coming on/offline at peak hours).

So it would take us 1086907.29586 days to hit the end of POW

Which is 2975.853553109197 years

So.. POW will not end in our lifetime unless something unexpected changes or we upgrade that setting.

It will probably take ~25 years to hit max supply of 40 mil coins.

There are currently 245197.79598966 coins and of that 160k was pre-generated for seed coins so..

85,197.7959897 new coins have been generated in ~24 days.

You guys can do the math on that and get better estimates if you want.

Completely agree.  There is a fire sale happening right now then.  It would take about 1BTC to get us over 18k right now.

I am not sure, but that is a nice stake.  Grin  9.81 has been my biggest stake, that was on 9/19/2015.  Grin

it shouldnt be possible, as its the last 3 digits of the block so, 22646 should give you a 6.46 PoS reward

You should be able to see in the transaction details what block generated it.

Generated coins must mature 110 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

That happened to me once and I shat a brick thinking something was wrong. As it turns out, like when I got over 10:

Generation: 9.72

You generated the proper amount, someone must have included an optional transaction fee and you're the lucky dog who broke that block. When it happened to me I landed the 9.99 and got about .25 extra from transaction fees.  Smiley
