Why does it depend on if you lose or not if gambling is good or bad?  To me I use gambling as an enjoyment thing.  I don't risk more than I want to lose and use it as an entertainment purchase, sometimes you win and that covers you for a bit.

Gambling itself isn't wrong, but in an addictive form it can and will almost certainly turn very ugly. Success depends mostly on luck (especially with Dice) and, well ... you're bound to run out of luck when playing for a longer time.

Problem with gambling is people that can't control it, and waste a lot of money that they need. If you play some bits and you stop when you lose it isn't a problem. If you lose all and start thinking about taking a loan to play more and recover from loses you have a big problem.

Yea self control is the big problem of addicted people in gambling they lose money and still thinking it how to recover all my loss.. so if you have no decipline to your self and your addicted to gambling it will call it also sickness. I think rehab is the solution for poeple who addicted to a  gambling...

No man rehab is for drug addicts who have completely lost sense of life and love .The impact of gambling can lead to depression due to which a person can get addicted to the drugs which inturn will result in rehab problems but if a person loses all his money in gambling he does'nt have any option but quit .

It is indeed entertainment but It is not like that for some people. SOme people make gambling as a job or a way to get rich that is why when they lose they act like they lose the whole word and the site is cheating and saying that gambling is bad thing and will ruin your life

It's not wrong, just like alcohol or certain drugs (legal ones too!) are not wrong either. I'm not advocating intoxication but that's what it is. The danger exists for many people to become addicted like others have said. But anything can become an object of addiction if you think about it, hoarders for example it's a form of addiction. The problem lies within the person similar to how guns don't kill people, people do it (I'm also not advocating guns hehe, there should be more restrictions but owning a gun is not wrong per se).

No. for me gambling is not wrong. it is a part of way for people to get some extra money. i believe some of businessman like gambling to get some extra money. its only wrong if people spend to much for the gambling,untill they bankrupt. Can gambling,but its depend on your luck.

I think you understood businessman's life style completely wrong. They won't gamble to become some more richer but they play for fun. If any one gamble just to make money then I think mostly likely they will lose money in gambling. You just try your luck once in a while in gambling if you win then just enjoy but don't try to gamble every day.
