Gambling. Is It Wrong?

You can get addicted to anything, not just gambling, alcohol, or cigarettes. Gambling in itself is not wrong, However, getting addicted to it so badly that it destroys your life is wrong. I have friends who gamble for fun each weekend, and it does them no harm, but they tell me stories of a few gamblers who lost money to pay for electricity bills by gambling it, leaving their entire families without electric.

Gambling is wrong, not only because a lot of people are getting addicted to but, but also because they will lose everything they own, I think gambling is one of the main reasons why people get in depth these days.
Also what I'm thinking is that gambling is almost a part of the bitcoin now the most people gamble with it, what is pretty bad.

But do you think on some people which gambling until they change their life from poor to super rich? Gambling is never wrong from the start because the one who control your money flow is yourself not casino or any gambling site. Thats why if you can control yourself I think profit is right in front of your eyes, you just need to slowly get it dont rush

Gambling sites is just as good in gambling in real life. The only thing that you need to know when gambling is

It is indeed correct and very precise. In gambling we can lose sense of our mind (ambition). because if we get a win/lose can be ensured it makes us addiction to get the victory again or taking back funds that have already put because of losing. So, if we want to do gambling, we should be able to organize our thoughts in order not controlled by ambition. There are no Houses forcing gamblers to come and lose their money and by that i didn't meant to say about the offline or real life gambling against criminals or drug dealers.The addiction is wrong because the guy wont be thinking on his actions and rather just bet hoping to win a fortune some day,which is not definite and has its own risks involved

It depends upon the gambler and their experience...to most of gamblers who regularly gamble, it is not wrong, to those who can control their self while gambling, it is not wrong, but there are people who really are unlucky and sometimes busted in early times, and try to go wild because of loses, gambling to them sometimes is wrong.. so it really depends upon the gamblers experience..

Very true. Gambling is not wrong, should be blamed are those who do the gambling without thinking of the bad impact. I think, those who always blame the gambling is people who think his ambition without wearing strategies in gambling. And most likely those who say gambling wrong is people who have experienced large losses in gambling or always get the defeat. It depends upon the gambler and their experience...to most of gamblers who regularly gamble, it is not wrong, to those who can control their self while gambling, it is not wrong, but there are people who really are unlucky and sometimes busted in early times, and try to go wild because of loses, gambling to them sometimes is wrong.. so it really depends upon the gamblers experience.. 

It is wrong if it already has a negative impact on the person or people around the person. If you sell you house and lot just to gamble then it is really wrong. But if you just gamble for entertainment without minding if you win or lose, then it is good. A good relaxation after a days hard work is not bad, and if you get that from gambling then it is okay.

Yes, in some cases that's true, but not always. I think we shouldn't avoid something completely only because some people when doing it wrong way become addicted.

Same "domino effect" as you call it may be applied to alcohol drinking for example:

1. Was drinking just small amounts of wine or beer on occasions.
2. Saw some people drink heavier and "have more fun"
3. Continued drinking small amounts of wine or beer on occasions, but sometimes was drinking heavier liking it more and more.

5. Now he/she is an alcoholic.

It depends on how you look at it. It is not good to gamble. And the most people see gambling as a bad thing. But that is normal. It cost a lot of money.

Most gamblers do not know when to stop. If they do, most likely after they lose everything. I don't think that gambling sites will be able to rig the results if they are using provably fair system.

Some people just should never even try gambling, I think everyone should get genetic tests and see what% of massive addiction you have to gambling activities before "gambling" by trying gambling, I wouldn't gamble with that, given the massive negative consequences tat it can have, its just better to know the % and also see if in your family someone had gambling addiction related problems.
