definitely not non-existent. our bitcoind shows that the tx was sent. the current malleability attack has altered it making it appear non-existent.

I think you should suspend the site and put up a big sign Saying that you guys are working on fixing all the issues and to check back later.......

MUCH better than having a spotty/down site, slow as heck, buggy and you can't get your money out whenever you feel like it. Then have to worry about it getting 'lost'..

Not looking good Ahmed...

The site works fine besides the tx malleability issue. Working to resolve those. the bitcoin dev team released an update which should help fix that so going to have to spend time upgrading and re-syncing

Dunno about you, but I have not been able to connect to it since yesterday and it's been spotty the past 4 days.

And... it's still down right now.

that's the problem, right there -- this site is horrible, one problem after another, and the lead developer and idiot wannabe nerd CTO walking around with their head up their *** pretending everything is fine.

you guys really need to get off the drugs

I've received 5 other payments since the betarigs payment was supposedly sent, so BTC seems to be operating just fine

maybe you need to pay the transaction fees that we get billed for

I'm doing what i can to resolve it.

Ahmed

are you still working on it? Have you figured out that malleated transactions DO have valid txid's

ahmed you didn't give me a valid txid

I disabled my rigs from betarigs(again), because if people can't get their money out with the wallet they'll just get it out by renting someone's rig

good luck all that have their money stuck here, they didn't get me for much but it's still annoying

It doesn't matter what it says on your broken wallet

show it to me at https://blockchain.info/   "Sorry we could not find any blocks or transactions matching this hash"

I really can't believe anybody wasting their time here, imo get out while you can, if it's not too late already

oops, there's that nasty offline error again, Don't forget to file a claim for your refunds, that is if you can even tell how long it's been down after looking at the chart.  And if you ever do get a refund, after jumping thru hoops proving you deserve it, then good luck getting it out of the broken or empty wallet. Oh wait, did the help desk ever get fixed, so you can claim that refund??

so hard not to be cynical here, ahmed just gonna screw ya over with excuses and telling you everything's fine till ya can't take any more,  lol

Edit: almost 3 hours later and still says offline
Edit: back up, probably down about 5 hours

Yeah as I said before, this all should have been handled better before going live.
Working in IT for many years, we've NEVER released any sites or software that was not  at least 99% functional and stable. Most of all working with peoples money, this is inexcusable.

I might revisit the service at a later date if things get fixed.
