betarigs a waste of time, too much trouble and aggravation.  Ahmed can't be counted on for anything, he hardly ever does what he says when he says. Just about everyone has left. I am waiting for a change in management before I consider coming back.

Sorry you got snagged into this, but it seems to be happening to everyone

good luck

BetaRigs was good before it change management. If you're looking for a good place for you miners, I highly recommend Mining Rig Rentals.

Maybe in the future things may change, but for now it is really bad.

Hello Ahmed.

Unfortunately, you left me no choice but to do this considering you haven't done what you said you would in the last ticket, and in the one I still have open, you haven't even responded.

I have had to start 5 tickets within my FIRST WEEK with Betarigs.

Here is #5

https://gyazo.com/e78b140f8a024f806f587a6de460ec68

Here is the rig, and my current status being tied up because they offlined during rental, and you seem to want to refuse to fix it, and refuse to respond to me.

Please don't try saying that ltc.ghash.io is unstable, either.  I think you'll find more than a few vocal people who know better.

Just so people know I'm not kidding, the timestamps are on the ticket, and how long it's been since I've written it.  "Pics, or it didn't happen..."

https://gyazo.com/d444d6de4d8c17f37c9506b861bc8f70

---------------

Now, because the pictures don't tell the entire story:

I started with Betarigs a little over a week ago, and my initial deposits didn't even credit for a whole day.  I had to write a ticket with the blockchain info to get them credited.

I tried sending funds from my account to my wallet, because obviously, I didn't trust them at this point.  I couldn't.  I finally decided to rent rigs to 'pay myself back'.

Then I ended up renting several rigs, and noticed that after 5 rentals, I couldn't access any of the rig pages.  Error 500.  I kept getting similar errors in Firefox and Safari.

After one those rigs finished their runs, I ended up being able to see them all again.

I was slowly but surely clearing out my wallet, and now I have this:  A rig that offlined 3 hours into the rental, which was supposed to run for 3 days, but has instead been locking things up for 6 days.  I also have a ticket I wrote to you over 2 days ago which you have yet to respond to, even with a cursory, 'I'll look into it."

When I see someone else having withdrawal issues, and you saying you have bitcoin issues, I really start thinking the absolute worst, but that could easily be me letting paranoia kick in.

Dear Ahmed
I have desperetely been trying to withdraw my coins from betarigs since the last 7 days, without succes
I need you to manually process my withdrawl, please check ticket 882

https://gyazo.com/7251ef35ac223329f4810eb52f9de2cc

Why are you igoring my withdrawl request ?
I know you can process it manually!

Experiencing issues with our bitcoind again which i cant seem to fix right now. I'll try my best to get it fixed, i'll continue processing withdrawals via tickets

Ahmed

I'd like you to resolve this please.  The reason I've had to take this public is that I've had no response to my ticket, and the one you did respond to you have yet to make good on.  If it won't get cleared in private, I'll let the court of public opinion have at you.  Plain and simple.

-Patrick

Hi Ardail, im trying to resolve this as best as i can, its a bit difficult when rig owners like that take their rigs on and off constantly

Well, you met 50% of what I wanted from the last ticket.

I thought sending my remaining funds back to me was a reasonable thing to ask, but at this point it was worth it to me to simply withdraw what I had remaining.

Like I said in my last ticket, you already lost me to MRR.

No grudges, I hope things get better, and you're able to get things working.

Best of luck to you, but I won't be coming back.

I am trying to withdraw my 0.51 BTC without success once again !
I have stopped renting my rigs on beta rigs, seems that this website is too risky, feels almost like a SCAM !
Don't you get that you are losing more like this every day ?

Please solve my ticket #905, where I have requested a manual withdraw of 0.51 BTC to my personal BTC adress !

Looks like this service is being run into the ground.

Everyone's leaving. I let 2 rentals go over the past week to try it again and things are still shady with the wallet.
Service & support is worse with my ticket in 3days not answered just as others'.

How can you run a business like this? I even offered to help with issues since the update (which was UNNECESSARY).

I think this one is done. I won't be back.

Ladies and gentlemen,
let me introduce you to the latest scammers. Known as Betarigs.
They take your money under false pretense of you receiving rental hash and laugh all night while getting drunk.
Now be carefull you all. With a fine reputation like they are growing I am betting they are just practicing to
figure out the best way to out perform Mt. Gox.

Yep, they have cut and run looks like. No thread responses in almost a month, no support tickets getting responded too. Pretty sure they got trained by someone from Mt.Gox would be my opinion. Well, I suppose if that is what is going on we should all be understanding about it right? I mean after all its the Holiday season. They might as well have a good one and screw anyone else right?

Ive checked out the issue with the site being offline. appears we have a hardware failure. At this point i doubt betarigs is going to come back online. So can everyone with a balance file a ticket on betarigs.freshdesk.com and i'll refund your balance as soon as i can get the data recovered

Why else would they eff it up so badly.

It was nicehash? Did they buy it to run it under? That is just poor business. They'd have looked much better int he public opinion if they would have let people know what was the plan.

Go Big or Go Home.
