I think that's a brilliant idea. Might even bankrupt StakeMiners sooner than cyberpinoy would have otherwise been able to.

Let's see, people who couldn't care less about NET should buy it on Cryptsy and dump it on another exchange. Cryptsy's NET price goes up but that doesn't benefit anyone because it's insolvent. The price on a functioning exchange goes down. That's if you could actually sell it. Depth on 'trex is like 0.1 BTC.

Not sure what this is supposed to mean...the issues have been going on since before the original dissolution was filed. This topic was started on September 7 2015, the dissolution was filed on October 7 2015. Plus Cryptsy/Project Investors wouldn't count as a martial asset unless maybe somehow Lorie was involved in it? Still, doesn't make sense in the timeline.

This divorce looks like an attempt to make recovery more difficult for burned depositors.  The timing is suspicious(tm).

Let's hope the divorce is genuine, extremely messy, and results in extensive discovery into Cryptsy's (and Otoh's) murky business operations.
