I have a friend that he is going to invest 3 btc for his long term investment and his investment, he will just put it to his cold storage wallet.
Because he believes that he will get profit from it when many years have past.

I hope he is right, 3 btc is a lot of money if you buy today. If he is just purely holding, it may take a really long time before he can make some real profit. But if he can trade, he will be making more money. I suggest, hold 2 btc and trade  1 btc. But if he can't trade, holding it long term is the only choice.

Yes I think its good to long term invest the bitcoin but I would recommend you to do it with a higher number because one bitcoin is a bit to low in my eyes.

I think for bitcoin who want you to buy you have to adjust to the contents of your wallet do not buy too much and do not buy too little. in accordance with the level of risk that you can encounter. There is risk to buying 1 bitcoin but I don't think the risk is as high as it used to be.  Bitcoin has survived through some bad press over the last few years and if relatively stable right now.  It may not be any more risky that putting your money in the stick market.

Not everyone can afford to have more than 1 full Bitcoin in the runup to the block halving. And beside that, waiting 2 months is nothing when it comes to investments. I am holding strong for more than a year and I still find it to be relatively short.

One can achieve that 1 BTC if he continuously save from his earnings in the forum or from real job, some people cannot really but 1BTC on the spot because the price is really high especially if you are not working from the developed countries. However, if you really want to have it, you will do anything by striving hard to reach you goal and besides if you already bought it all you need to do is relax and just wait for the price to go extremely high.
