the price is still growing at the moment though it can start going down really fast in my opinion

Wow, how do would you sure with that price .well it is possible but giving with that such advice as you are predicting it to happen is not good. But telling that $800 would be possible to reach is much better than proclaiming to rise as yourself.
Also to buy bitcoins in the few days ? Why would be in the next if it is already free to buy now for some increase in the next few days .

When bitcoin reached to $500 mark everyone thought the price would fall back so that they can buy, but it didn't happen, and it started to rise like crazy and now I don't think there is any scope for price drop.

A lot of people will not make it because they are too impatient. WE have seen this thought the last months. A lot of people gave up and sold their BTC for something stupid cheap like 250 dollars. And this is exactly why 1 BTC can go to 100,000+, because less and less people will own 1 BTC+, since 99% of people are short sighted and sell.

Ok, now your question can be answered. Had you bought then you would have paid about $260 and now your coin would be worth about $700. So yes, you should have bought.

Price has gone down today so I think this is the best time to buy some bitcoin as as price will go higher once we get close to halving and make profits by selling at that stage.

Well for sure, many people invested as early as Oct 2015, and they are now going to see their earnings of having a long term investment in bitcoin.
And as of now, I think that the price will going to rise until $1,000 so big income for those investors.

Price has gone down today so I think this is the best time to buy some bitcoin as as price will go higher once we get close to halving and make profits by selling at that stage.

That might be the best thing to do right now. Buy some when there are dips so you are able to cost average at the lower levels. Once the price eventually goes up, average gains would be bigger. For me, I think I would buy some now and then wait for again for it to go to $650 or lower.

Yeah for starting 1 btc is enough but in the long run, you will realize that you need to put more capital in able to get bigger results for the harvesting time. I think buying 1 BTC isn't going to take that much out of your savings anyway, and the potential that bitcoin offers is just too good to be resisting right now. So yes, I would personally do it.

Remember to go for long term instead of short term profits though.
