2026 NBA Season

With the Wemby news getting injured and likely to take the whole season into rest, this is what appeared on some posts that I've seen from Spurs on CBS sports page on Facebook.



It's quite funny but that amount of money aches for sure when this guy have seen the news just after he bet for Wemby as the DPOY. Well, I am for that bet as well but sh!t happens.

Kobe Statue already exists, and done quite well I believe, at least if you ask me I like it, sure it could have been done better but it looks fine. However, this one is just at a different place, heros garden or whatever, if they can just contact the person who did the previous Lakers version, they could get a good one and not one like Wade. On top of that, I also wonder all the time, how did people 400-500 years ago did such a great job with marbles and created what would be better than these horrible statues we have right now, makes no sense to me.

I mean marble is even harder, you can't make a mistake, here you can even make a mistake and recover too, and yet somehow we are getting worse situations nowadays and that's terrible.

He's still young and that's why he's hyperactive. There is no solution for it but to do the necessary of taking the rest as advised not only by his team but of course, the medical professionals.

I think he's no longer eligible to become DPOY.

That's just a sad turn for this young man, he's really a fan favorite but things like this comes unexpectedly.

Yeah, nothing else but to rest him for future preference he's still young and with the development that spurs is building for him it's more appropriate to give him that enough time to heal his injury and be more ready next upcoming season, forcing him to play might damage him physically so for me that decision is much better for this young superstar.

The awards will be there once he already play healthier as we seen him doing everything and giving 100% each time he step foot inside the court. 

Well, it seems that they will still do good and try with the resources that they have even without Wemby.

I don't have to underestimate the Spurs just because of him. I still think that there will be some from the bench that will shine but to replace his role is totally a big factor.

And will surely impact them heavily. As for the awards, he's already the ROTY and is about to get the DPOY but then if he lacks the required amount of games, he won't get it and just gonna try it next season.

There's a lot of adjustment on Luka here, when he was in the Mavs, he used to carry the load or even acted like a point guard. But with the Lakers it's very different role for him, it could be better though, as maybe Reaves or Lebron will bring the ball and then Luka doing his thing with one on one. But still though, there's a lot of new things that he needs to learn now so even as great as Luka his, he needs to condition himself and we all know that he is coming from a injury.

And maybe if he had made the adjustments, we might see Luka's full potential as a Lakers. Remember that he had multiple MVP seasons with the Dallas prior to his injuries. So just imagine if he has fully recovered and play that form with the Lakers.

Warriors won again defeating the Sacramento Kings, they have 4 players scoring 20 points or more. Butler still had good games with 17 points and it looks like this is really a different Warriors.

They are above .500 right now, still a long way to go to crack at least the top 6 in West. But still going to be a close race for the play off. If they can have a good run in the last 10 games, or at least get 7-3/8-2, it will be a different ball game for them. Good news is that Kuminga has started to practice so anytime soon he will be back in the future giving them more depth.

Not that easy knowing both of them need lot of touches before we see them became more effective on court. Lakers would struggle on this since they have two alpha's in there team.

Knowing Bron he's chasing more stats to solidify his legacy and break a lot of records. With that I expect that Luka performance will decline since provably that the main priority of Lakers is LBJ and he will be there second option. But let still see if there's good adjustment will be made and Luka will dominate the floor the same as what he do on Mavs. But we don't know what's going to happen if Luka is healthy so let see maybe there phase will be change and we see Luka and Lebron will share the ball together.

It’s already his talent, so that’s not going anywhere. But it might take some time for the chemistry to fully click. Luka has consistently put up MVP-level numbers with the Mavs, so there’s no doubt he’ll get back to that form even though he’s coming off an injury.

It sure seems like he shouldn’t be playing in the NBA, which is weird because he has some real dominant games in the G League. I guess that shows there are levels…

Luka Doncic looked pretty horrible for the Lakers today. Can’t remember him playing so bad. Hopefully he’s just trying to get back in rhythm. Starting to look like Dallas saw something nobody else was aware of.

I knpw lebron is lebron and one of the greatests but if he wants to win he has to turn the keys over to luka.  I dont think luka plays a good beta type player role.  He excels running the team and having that lead role.  If lebron stays alpha the lakers are gonna crumble.  They dont have an inside presense and if luka cant be luka they wont have any identity.  Interested on seeing how lakers defend jokic tonight.

I can't lie.  I'd do the same shit if I got an opportunity to be on an NBA team.  I wouldn't care how I got there.  That's a once in a lifetime opportunity.  It's obvious he isn't an NBA caliber player, but he does tear up the G League on occasion so I think he is a decent prospect.  He just shouldn't be sitting on the Lakers bench right now, but if he sticks with it I think he has a chance in another couple years to be a contributing bench player for an NBA team.

I think the Lakers will be just fine, it’s still going to take a minute before the all the players on the roster would be on the same page, the Lakers already have a kind of chemistry before the arrival of Luka and he’s the newest player on the roster, so putting the entire team dynamics on him right away and this early would not be in the teams best interest imo, and might only put enormous pressure on Luka too early, I know he’s capable of handling any kind of pressure but it’s not yet warranted and they should just keep playing taking it a step at a time, at least until Luka is even considered super fit, because as it is they’re still playing him with caution.

And probably this is the best game for Luka as a Laker, he even had a 3 and then fans giving him the thumps-up. And it's true that he wants to bring the ball or have it in his hands most of the the time, but it looks like it will be a different Luka here. Although coach Reddick has the luxury to put Luka as a point guard, but I think it will be Reaves who will have that task.

So similar to Butler who seems to be enjoying with his new team, Luka might also have that feeling with the Lakers. And this is a statement win for them, even Lebron has to flex again when he had a drive and Murray tries to block him but failed and it was a and-1.
