I wonder who gonna become a champion this season.

I'm not going to assume and predict who would become the champion for this season. It's too early for this, I think by the mid of the league, we can already have an idea on what team became stronger.
Those teams that are stable and consistent, they will reach the semis as usual. But there's one team that I would really want to make it to the finals and possible to become this season's champ.

A lot is expected from this rookie since he is hyped so much. The last one I know that got this much hype in a rookie year was Lebron. He will not have that much impact on his rookie year. I am much more concern in his health than how he will perform. He needs to get fitter and remove extra weight for his knees to remain healthy.

I agree, the hype was similar to Lebron James. He is exceptionally a very good players. But we all know that the yardstick in the NBA. Manny high profile number 1 draft picks failed to have impact when they enter the league and got busted.

As for the extra weight, I'm sure the management will take care of it by hiring professional sports medicine people to help his body ready for a 80 games a season in his NBA debut.

With him being undersize in the powerforward position he  would definitely need a lot of time to adjust especially when more experienced and taller players are guarding the rim. Muscles aren't really everything when the one guarding you knows how to stop them. We all know that rookies on a bigger position takes time to adjust in the NBA unlike guards who can help out right away. So Zion really need to up his game to assure him the ROY title by the end of the season.

Williamson is really an athletic player back in his college days but I'm sure it will change now that he came pro. Your right, he's an undersized powerforward but if he adjust to his game plays like moving to small forward instead of powerforward then his athleticism will be of use.

Right, he will be undersize in the NBA and we all know that he is big but I think the NBA is very different, day-in, day-out, so he really needs to adjust as to not injured himself playing against the big boys now.

Tim may not be talkative as a player but as Assistant Coach it will be different, of course Tim will do his job and will talk more to help the players and the team. Few more years from now, I guess he will replaced Pop as head Coach, not bad, Tim has also the ability of being a leader

Let's hope so. He mustreally change his attitufe in order to fulfill his job but I think he can do that . When it comes to knowledge and experience, there is no problem at all since Tim and his team made into championships couple of times already so managing crucial situations like this would be easier for him now. Thus, I agreed for Spurs' decision to make him their new assistant coach not yet mentioning the fact that some of their players became his teammates as well so harmony of leader-follower relationship remain intact.

I hope Manu will become part of the coaching staff someday too .

Well, most of the players now are on their road to being a coach or an analyst.
He is an MVP with a high IQ on the floor making good plays. I think this is his destiny.
The guy already made so much money out of his NBA career and this one might just be his pure hobby to still be in the game or watch new players on their road of success and also help them bloom to be a superstar.
I have no doubt about his genius mind but it will be a long road to be the head coach of the SAS.

I just saw a video with him and Giannis practicing together. It looks like he is teaching that beast to improve his shooting stroke.

You have too much hope for Korver, he is a good shooter but he is not getting any younger, his been transferred in different teams so probably it's hard for him to fit in a team.

Oh that will be very advantageous for Giannis to learn from one of the best shooters we have in the NBA. And we all know that Giannis weak point is his shooting although we have seen him taken 3's last season. But he needs more improvement, follow thru and what a way to learn from Kyle Korver himself.

Ray Allen is the greatest three pointer for me. Cavaliers as well as Celtics would not win without Ray Allen before. Korver is also a veteran player, he can make three points and sometimes getting burned with the game. But he cannot make what Ray Allen did in NBA. Anyway, Bucks is hard team last 2018 NBA season and if they adapted Korver, it will be a great game for those team who traded their players from a superstar.

Some talented rookies we have right now, I expect too with Ja Morant to make his name within this season. For Zion, I guess there will be adjustment he will take on as NBA is a different league on college basketball, for sure it will be tough.

Tacko will be a monster on board and facing a height like that is not a joke unless someone with a Mamba mentality. For the championship, I gonna bet with the Clippers and to be honest I am really a PG fan and wherever he landed I'm with it.

And we all know that Giannis weak point is his shooting although we have seen him taken 3's last season. But he needs more improvement, follow thru and what a way to learn from Kyle Korver himself.

Giannis needs to have a decent outside shooting percentage. It does not necessarily need to be 3 points. He just needs to make the defense spread out so that he has a better chance to penetrate.
