It was a great ending to that battle of Los Angeles game between the Clippers and Lakers. I thought the Lakers were going to let it slip away but then Paul George fouled out. The stars showed up though. LeBron was on fire all game as was Paul George. Kawhi Leonard wasn’t bad either. Exactly what everyone expected to see. Lakers held out for the win though.

What a game.

Kawhi did the intro on the early quarters and those outside shots were blast. Paul George also was on fire. But that was so bad that they were on the lead and Lakers managed to get back with those leads.

Whilst for the Lakers, everyone also contributed. Although the early for Reaves wasn't so great though but during the OT, he did great.

I saw young Lebron James last night. Lebron James played a very good game. It was a very enjoyable game, just like the old days.
It looks like it will be an enjoyable season this year.

It was a great game, as players from both teams performed surprisingly well. For the Clippers, George scored 35 points, Leonard scored 38 points, and Westbrook almost had a triple-double, while for the Lakers, LeBron scored 35 points, Davis and Russell 27 points each, and Wood had a double-double.
As for LeBron's performance, I'm still impressed with the fact that he can still dominate the court and still hasn't lost motivation like some other players his age.

True, as expected, this teams are loaded with superstars and we can see that both performed very well, Kahwi and PG (unfortunately, he fouled out), and Lebron and AD For the Lakers. But in the end it was the Lakers who prevail in this game. Still shows that Lebron can still play a lot of minutes in OT win. And the acquisition of Wood is really paying dividends for the Lakers now.

But we will still have to see the debut of James Harden as a Clippers. For sure fans are waiting for him and he might be ready the next game.

Also exciting game is the Warriors winning with Klay's shot at the buzzer.

Alperen Şengün broke a new record and became the youngest center to reach 500 assists in his NBA career. The record in this field belonged to Nikola Jokic, but Alperen improved this record for 1 year. I still can't believe this kid was born in 2002. He's an experienced player who knows what he's doing, as if he has been playing in the NBA for years. The Houston Rockets are lucky to have him. I'm sure we'll see him as an All-Star in the future. If he continues to play like this, he can be an All-Star even this year.

However, with James Harden making his debut, I find it tempting to bet on the home team because they've already shown good chemistry. As for James Harden, it remains to be seen if he'll meet the fans' expectations. I believe that creating perfect chemistry in a short period of time can be challenging. So, just in case James Harden doesn't perform well, at least it could lead to an easy win for the home team.

the games have started and I haven't even had the time or funds to place my bets yet, I'm still thinking about whether I'll place bets or whether I'll just be following the games, the problem with game times is something that has created an obstacle for me not to watch every game and without Watching the games is difficult to keep putting money in and expect to make a profit. although team data is easily found on the internet, I still prefer to watch the games to get a better idea of how each player behaves on each team. Anyway, I'll see as time goes by whether I'll place bets or not. In any case, the Lakers won, in a game in which, from what I saw in the highlights and game data, it seemed to me that it was not an easy game for the Lakers, who won by a small difference of points.

In the first period the game ended with an overwhelming defeat for the Lakers, there was a 13 point difference. in the second period it was disputed, with the period ending in a draw. In the third period the Lakers managed to turn the game around and won by a difference of 15 points, it was a great achievement. In the 4th period the Lakers lost, but it was a defeat by a small difference of points, it was 2 points which made the game tied and in the tiebreaker the Lakers won by 5 points difference. The next game will be against Orlando Magic, who are coming off a defeat and who, before that defeat, also lost against the Lakers. It's strange that this game between Lakers and Magic isn't appearing at stake yet. So I still don't know who the favorite will be and what odds they will have. but my opinion is that the lakers will win

It's normal because the fight is set for three days from now. It's too early to expect odds for it. Try checking back the day before the game, and I'm sure not only Stake but other gambling sites will also list the odds.

I am guessing that they are trying something different this season, they are known as "could have been but always injured" team so they are trying to just play a bit more relaxed and that's the result. They do not feel the pressure anymore, and PG tried his best to be fair to get the team back and they did their best to get a tie and they were at OT as well, the only issue is that Austin Reaves ended up playing like prime Kobe for that overtime and they did managed to get the win.

Plus Lakers played amazingly too, surely Clippers needs to learn to get a win and all that but we need to give credit to how great Lakers played as well, look at Lebron at year 21, that dude played like he is still on his prime at the end of the game, it's hard to beat that. With Harden coming, I am sure that they are going to be able to do a lot better, a westbrook-harden-pg-kawhi four on the floor could be as unstoppable as it gets if they do take it seriously and play well.

I am also amazed at this guy at how he plays the game. I think he is one of the geniuses of basketball. He ain't a selfish dude and reaching those 500 assists is the living proof of that. He actually plays like Jokic, always trying to find that open man on the floor and pass it without any hesitation.
One more guy who plays like this is in the Oklahoma City Thunder, Josh Giddey. Size of a forward but plays like a guard. He already has 8 triple-doubles in his career and I do believe that will increase with the addition of Chet Holmgren being back from his injury. He now has one more man to pass the ball and could shoot it anywhere on the floor.
Big players from outside the USA seem to play like this. More of a passer and a shooter than being an aggressive player who will keep on attacking the paint.
They will definitely make the All-Star someday. It is not yet their prime so we might see more highlights from them this years and the next ones.

We are actually seeing teams that they should secure a win but they just can't protect their lead. Maybe too much confidence or they just can't get along with the rally?

I've watched on how they're able to come up and take over that huge lead by the Clippers. Anyway, both of them are just from the same place LOL but a win is certainly much bigger for the Lakers on this game.

Yeah, why not? we haven't seen how Harden will blend with the Clippers in this first game, so it could be a hit or miss. It could be a miss at it could disrupt the chemistry of the team already. Although they have a tough lost against the Lakers in OT, but it was PG and Kawhi who is the leader of this team as they lead in the scoring. But with Harden around, the rotation will for sure be affected again and so it will be very hard for their coach how to balance everything as they have 4 superstars already. However, I'm thinking that Russ and Harden will be their main Point Guard and they might share their minutes. So it's going to be a big challenge with Harden's first game against a good team against the Knicks so I understand that you might be tempted to the home team.

Honestly, when I have first read the news about superstars uniting in the LA Clippers, the first thing that came to my mind is bout them gonna explode with that roster.

Yeah, explode in a negative manner that they need to build chemistry again and it is possible that the management might do some trades again in the middle of this conference.

I am not optimistic with their roster, having plenty of superstars doesnt guarantee a ring.

It will be fun to watch them, but I don’t see them getting beyond the first round of the playoffs. An odd pairing of defensive specialists and a ball hog. I wonder what Kawhi Leonard’s true feelings on the trade are.

I've just watched them against Lakers and honestly, Kawhi did well together with George but it wasn't a good ending for them. Still gonna wait until this full roster gets inside to play together.

The Pelicans once again are playing strong especially if they are complete. But while the season just started, Zion was rested against the Pistons today. So it seems like there is something wrong with his physical condition once again. It will be very sad if he suffers another season-ending injury. And this season starts Zion's nearly $200 million 5-year contract.

Wemby looking much better than I expected this early in the season. It's not really looking good for them right now but this is the result of when your opponent knows exactly where to attack you and it will be always an easy win for the Spurs every time they play this season. Even the Warriors had the numbers of Sacramento Kings this early but it doesn't matter. What matters is that if they face in the playoffs, the Kings should have learn their experience players with the Warriors.

Yes mate, I thought that they are going to collapse because of the drama, but I guess they put everything behind it and wanted to start fresh just like when they have the Ben Simmons noise. I haven't watch the game, maybe it was just a precautions for the team to sit and rest him. As you have said, they don't want to start the season when Zion will get injured and then it's going to be late when he comes back as they are no longer in the contention for a playoff stop. So maybe there's nothing wrong with him, but trying to get away with the minute restrictions.
