I still don't get how Spurs and Pistons tank so much when they have good players. They should at least win a couple games but they try to lose all.

I disagree with this one. They don't have good players, or I should say, they don't have enough good players to at least compete.
What do the Pistons have? Cunningham and? What do the Spurs have? Wembanyama and? They are tanking, hoping to get another high-draft pick player/s, develop it for years, and hope that it will change the franchise. Well, at least I agree with you though that even though their roster is just below average, they must get at least 10 wins before the season ends.

The OG Anunoby - RJ Barrett trade is for me one of the most win-win trades since the Sabonis - Haliburton. Of course, we consider the Sabonis - Haliburton trade fair during the first months as they are producing good numbers with their new teams, but over the years, we're seeing now who's the winner on that trade. As for the Knicks-Raptors trade, it's a win-win trade since both are benefiting one way or another. COngratulations to the Raptors on winning on the road though.

About the Clippers, as a German national I am a bit disappointed they are giving Theiss such a small role yet again. He started really strong after the trade from the Pacers but now he gets so few minutes and pick and roll opportunities, they don't get the best out of him. He actually showed what he can do but right now this is not looking good. 

I know that there's a bit of a bias with this since Theis is a German, but between Zubac and him, Zu is more efficient and more helpful.
He's more of a supporting big for the Clippers, and I guess it will remain like that. I mean he's role even when he's on the Celtics is just a back-up center, and it will be the same here with the Clippers since they already have a kind of reliable center. No offense to him though.
Everybody's talking here about the Lakers-Clippers, but they aren't talking about a 39-year-old player who's jumping a few inches behind the free-throw line and postering PG13. I mean who can do that right now? I wonder how Lebron James conditions himself for him to make jumps that far, and at his age, I don't know if there's anybody that's the same age as him who is as athletic as him.

The Clippers were definitely the clear favorite in the match, but the Lakers won and got a surprise victory.

About the Clippers, as a German national I am a bit disappointed they are giving Theiss such a small role yet again. They don't start well after James Harden was traded, so the decision of not giving him plenty of minutes was due to the result of their experiment. They (clippers) are in the playoff ranking now, they have more wins in the last 10 games, and that would only tell that the current set of line up, from starting to secondary are working well on their system.

Westbrook didn't even complain which is a triple double machine before, and because he played on the 2nd unit, he is getting quality minutes.

Every player has their talent, it's just a matter on which team they'll fit.

I would say it actually works a lot better for Westbrook now, which is definitely funny to see. He is not really a second unit player though, he is a sixth man, which means that they do not "start" with him, but they do use him when they need someone playing well, and sort of like Manu Ginobili rule, Ginobili wasn't a starter neither, but he did finish the games and he was one of the most important player in that squad, doesn't mean that he was second unit player just because he was the sixth man, he just ruled when the others were resting, and then rested when others joined and then they finished together, same is going on about Westbrook as well, that's important. I think it should be important to notice that difference.

That's what you get when there is someone playing better from the same position. No offense to Theiss and I agree that he's also good but Zubac has been doing really well as a starter. I like his chemistry and contribution around the three superstars. I cannot fault Ty Lue for giving him more minutes.

That's the case and I think Theiss knows that when he move to Clippers (I can't remember if he is traded or pick up by Clippers though). But during his stint with the Celtics he had some good games and contribute.

Going back to the games, Clippers had the advantage early in the first 2 quarters and it was just like in the last minute of the 3rd quarter that they made a small run taking a 2 point lead and that's what the Lakers needed then. AD again with a huge double double, and Lebron almost a triple double to lead the Lakers to this huge win against their rivals. Is this the game that the Lakers are going to flip themselves after the in season tournament championship win?

If it's in LA I don't think Toronto will be favorites.  They have been killing it lately since the trade (same for the knicks).  But at home and Toronto on a west coast trip I can see the Lakers being favorite by a couple.

I love the Warriors but they arent at all st the level as they were before and i need to agree with you on that. Curry is only carrying the team and he cannot play alone. Thompson is just hot or cold and if he isnt on his game the Warriors lose most of the time. Green like you said is a serious problem and needs to leave the club as fast as possible. I think their biggest mistake was letting go of Poole i was thinking he was their future.

Heat was better even without Jimmy Buckets. Balanced first half but Heat took control in third quarter. Herro and Adebayo did the job well.
Jaime Jaquez Jr.'s development is going pretty good. He plays as he isn't drafted from 18th but top 8.

Honestly I kinda tired watching Rockets games every night. I memorized all of their plays. Probably national broadcaster pick Rockets games because of Şengün but lately they didn't spread games to all teams. Every night we have to watch either Rockets, Bucks or Celtics.

Although Memphis Grizzlies is currently at the bottom of the NBA standing, it's not that the absence of Ja Morant will have a big impact on them the whole season. Last season, if you guys remember, the Grizzlies were even better when Morant was out or should I say, their win-loss percentage with or without Morant on the floor is just balanced.

With Morant's long suspension and absence from several Grizzlies' games, their players are now used to playing without Morant. Though there is no doubt that Morant is the main guy in the Grizzlies, his absence can be covered by some of their good role players like Desmond Bane, Jaren Jackson, and Marcus Smart.

Feel bad for what happened to Morant in his career. Aside from his problematic behavior and sometimes exercising his bragging rights, he's now facing a bad injury or maybe worse, as that shoulder injury might likely change his usual athletic playing style.

A quick google search put me on a reliable website saying that:

The Memphis Grizzlies announced star Ja Morant will miss the rest of the season after suffering a labral tear in his right shoulder.

The Grizzlies played 36 games so far and out of that 36, Morant missed 25 games because of suspension, and he didn't even play on the remaining 11 games because of illness or something. They are 6-3 in the 9 games that Morant played though. TBH, this is a very bad thing for the team because many expect for them to be at least a better team now that their main star came back, but you will get injured just when you're excited to play. Like Morant said in his X account "damn dawg". if you're a Grizzlies fan, this is heartbreaking to see, and knowing that the Grizzlies are very bad in their first 25 games, we will expect or at least I will expect that they will be out of the playoff picture at least for this season.

At that time, even though they don't have Morant, they have Tyus Jones who played as their back-up PG at that time, and they really played well at that time. Now he's on a shitty team right now in Wizards, and the Grizzlies don't have any reliable PG to start with. Who are the PG's in their current roster. Morant, Rose, and Smart. Morant is now out for the season, Rose only plays limited minutes (I don't know why), and that remains Smart as their PG for the whole season. Smart isn't a real PG because his position is different when he's still with the Celtics. I guess the Grizzlies will use Rose more often now.

Last season is different from this season because of roster changes, and unfortunately, it's season over for them. Just look at how they played in their first 25 games. You will expect that they will have a record almost same if not better than that one.

Good thinking, I had forgotten that GSW won the 2021/2022 season without Kevin Durant. But I have no doubt that the best team in the history of the Warriors was the 2016/2017 - 2017/2018 season. From this season onwards, I believe that the Warriors' level has gradually decreased.

That's sad, the shoulder injury could affect his shooting and since he is a very aggressive player, he could be prone to injury. I hope the injury isn't that bad though, but it's a season ending injury. I can't believe we will lose another entertaining star this season, now the Memphis are done.

It's really unpredictable as Klay is no longer consistent and without his production, most of the time they are losing the game, adjustment is needed
for this squad as most of the team are really competitive and capable in beating them.

Not sure about the trade rumor for Wiggins but if ever that trade is true, they should hire a good 2-way player like him, someone who

They have to do something because if they don't, that's going to make them stagnant and will stay on their rankings forever. But I think Kerr will have to think of another roster on how they're going to be better by the next season. Just leave this season as is because they've been there at the bottom when Durant left them.

I was surprised. They lost against weak teams and yet won against the strong Clippers. If you look at the statistics of the whole game the Lakers are also losing. Their turnovers are high at 19 while 14 only for the Clippers. They also lost at three-pointers and assists but they won the game by points in the paint. I think the in-season tournament championship just got on their head. It's time to win games again.

The Clippers on the other hand are already back to winning games again. They defeated the Phoenix Suns in a manner where you could really tell that they are a strong team. 138-111. A true show of their offensive power. If these guys can keep themselves healthy until the playoffs, there's a chance the Clippers will finally get a championship. The rotation of Coach Ty Lue is perfect, the pairing and combination make every player better and the ball is rotating better too. No one got a 30 pointer and they are more balanced.

How about the Utah Jazz? They won 2 consecutive games now. They have a healthy roster and they are trying to get back on the map. If they can manage to continue this into a streak then they might position themselves to the number 8 and steal it from either the Rockets or the Suns.

Adjustment is really needed here and Kerr should not rely on his old cores since he's young players is doing better that's why he should give more decent minutes to those players who give more better performance on that game so that they can perform more better and get quality contribution. And if they feel that a player is having a bad day then lessen their minutes even if they are the star of the team so that they will not create a huge mess.

Kuminga is disappointed on their last game because of what happen in the game so to avoid getting this feedback to his players he need to adjust and do proper rotation on his players so there's no frustration will happen since this can lower down their morale.
