Anthony Edwards is a bad man and a heartbreaker. Yeah, he broke the heart of the LA Clippers after Edwards hit big threes in the last minutes of the game and then took the lead. Timberwolves won the game and Edwards made 37 points with 6/13 in the three-point line. 3 of them came from the crucial moment of the game when they needed it most and it became the moral booster for the team and the fans who celebrated with him.

Obviously he earned the respect of Wolves management when he perform so well and help their team to be on top of standing for past couple of seasons. That's why maybe they got that idea that they don't need KAT since they already have Edwards on their team now.

But they miscalculate everything and now as the result they are struggling.

And it's interesting to see that Randle didn't play well offensively and so ANT will have to take over just like what he did last season wherein he had games like this that's why we said that he is a promising superstar with all his shoes endorsement from Adidas and then playing in the Olympics. But things turn ugly when they traded Towns because they want to save money.

Hopefully this is not just a one or two game for Edwards, they needed to be consistent as well to be able to make the playoffs. Otherwise, there will be finger pointing as what is the cause of them not making the playoff. For sure some of the fans are going to point finger on him as they perceived him to be their franchise player due to the departure of Towns.

Damn, I was expecting that the Mavs will get this match against the Grizzlies. But let's see, I hope that the remaining in the roster with Klay will do something about it. And as for Jimmy Butler, it seems that there's a big tendency that speaking of Grizzlies, that's the team that he might go. Agree to that, if they will keep that same game play it's not hard for the opposing team to penetrate and challenge him both offense and defense, it's going to be a tough challenge to him as he needs to step up on both side, though that's how a superstar should play the game, if he wanted to bring his name on top, he needs to adjust and be that guy who will take the challenge.

As far as fans are witnessing with their performance, they are still far from the last season still struggling after trading KAT, let see if how they will keep this adjustments and how well it works for them after this win.

I thought that this is going to be close game, as Celtics is not easy to be dominated specially if they have a good lead in the first half. But OKC is very different this season, I guess they really learn from last year and so that added experience brings out the best in them. Not just they are winning, they are also covering the spread, Lol. For sure you know what I mean, as they can easily win by double digits regardless of who is in front of them. So let's see what team are going to end their streak. They will be tested by the Knicks who is also a great team from the East. And then the showdown of best team, OKC against Cavs who is also in a 10 game winning streak. They are going to face each other on January 17 so that is a game to watch.

This guy, Hartenstein, is the lucky charm for the team. Ever since he took over the center position, things have improved. Now, the big question is, what happens to Chet when he comes back? Will he return to his usual minutes and starting role, or will Hartenstein permanently take over since the team seems to be better with him in that spot?

While I agree that Hartenstein has played decently enough, I also think that Chet is just way too good to put on the bench, if they ever try to do that, he will just not sign a contract with them again and leave for a team that will play him at the centre position. Maybe Hartenstein would do the same, like try to find a team that will play him at starting centre position, but there is a possibility that he may not find one, but Chet may find one.

Chet is just too good, and they will have to figure out a way to play with him on the floor and still win the games. He isn't bad on defense neither, and he is definitely good on offense, like he is a great young player they need to grow and improve, he could be a big part of their future.

Houston Rockets managed to win despite all the efforts of Los Angeles Lakers. The player who scored the most points was Jalen Green, reaching 33 points in the game.
Alperen Sengun played 33 minutes, made 14 points, 4 reb and 4 assists, had a game statistic that was a bit below normal.
It was a game where he made the right decisions and tried not to make mistakes, of course he could have contributed more as usual.
The most important quarter of the game was the third quarter, it was Rockets' best quarter by far.

Zion Williamson will be playing tonight against Wolves. He has only played in six games this season, averaging 22 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists per game. To be honest, I think it’s highly unlikely for the Pelicans to make the playoffs or even the play-in tournament. The team had such great start to the season. If all their players had stayed healthy, I believe they could have made the playoffs this season. The real issue for the Pelicans this season has been the constant injuries.

Anyway, is there any chance of a trade between Miami and the Pelicans? For instance, Jimmy Butler for Zion Williamson? LOL

Let's see how Zion will be tonight against the Wolves. Minnesota is high from that big win last night and it seems that ANT might have gotten his confidence back with a huge game against the Clippers. So for sure all eyes will be on Zion tonight, but I do not think that he will play a lot of minutes, similar to what the Clippers did to Kawhi when he did a comeback as well. Limited minutes just to get a feel of what it is to play again.

The Wolves though is still the favorite, but I'm not surprised, they are like 1.5x against the Pelicans, 2.5x.

As for the Butler for Zion Williamson trade, possible but I do not think that Pat Riley will go with that trade. They know how fragile Zion is, so it doesn't make sense unless there are a lot of considerations like another player and multiple future draft picks.

Lakers vs the Dallas Mavericks. I think the Lakers should get this one easy, as there will be no Luka or Kyrie, so they are a short handed team. So they should take advantage of this one and not let this game slip away. Davis should be dominating the inside although there are still Lively, and Gafford, I think he can easily take them one on one.

The thing with the Lakers though is that they can't keep up with the energy they had in the first half. So it will be crucial that they have the mindset and focus specially in the 4th quarter to close out the game here. I have the Lakers winning -6.5 here.

That trade is goijg to cripple the twolves.  I love julius but not on that team.  He cant have an alpha alpha like edwards.  He likes to be 1b at least.  Yoy can tell when ypu watch he is disinterested in playing.  Than divo started oit the year terribly.  KAT is perfect in thibs system.  Once big mitch comes back and lighten the big man load on him i thim it will be evem easier for him.  The knicks problem is their bench.  Its terrible as of now.  Need to fix that.

Sad part is healthy the pelicans have a great 7 man rotation.  I habe a feeling zion only has a couple more chances to take this seriously.  Would be a huge waste of talent.  If dude was serious and took his health serious he'd be an issue.  Rooting for him because the league is better off with players like him.  At 7-30 their season is likely unrecoverable at this point.  Thats a massive hole to be in.
