What a great end to the match. Julius Randle had a legendary game and crowned it with a buzzer beater. He took the ball out of his hands with 0.1 seconds left and hit a three to win the game for his team. The Suns couldn't take advantage of 7 points in the last quarter. The Timberwolves needed this win badly. They had to beat a Suns team without Durant and they did it, even if it was difficult. The Western Conference is a really tough competition.

Who's excited for the match later?

Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers.

These two are fire teams on the East.

If you're an NBA fan, especially of the Celtics or Cavaliers, you're surely going to be excited. Especially now that the Cavaliers have a 15-0 record. What's great about the Season Tournament is that these games also count toward the regular 82-game schedule, except for the semifinals for this NBA Cup which are not included. Hopefully, the Celtics won't get upset again, as they lost to the Atlanta Hawks in their first game of the Season Tournament (NBA Cup) although I'm also hoping that Cleveland Cavaliers to win because of their current standing. Hoping for 16-0 standing.

It was an epic performance from a rookie. Notably, his first 10 games in the regular season were pretty weak, as there were only a couple of games where he scored 10 or more points. However, in the last 4 games, his performances have gotten noticeably better for some reason. If this guy has really found his rhythm and continues to perform as well as he did the last 4 games, he will definitely be a candidate for the Rookie of the Year award.

He just need need a break to release his talent and hopefully Lakers will not waste his talent when seeing this performance made by their rookie and they would not focus to much on Bron and Davis.

As we can see right now they have solid contributors that can help their team to win. If they could able to rotate and maximize each talents they have then provably it will bring good results to them. There's a chance for Knecht to get the ROY award this year if he's consistent to perform like that. So let see if he could sustain this numbers and bring something exiting scenario to look forward for Lakers fans.

It would have been sad for them if they lost to one of the teams at the bottom of the league to end this series. So we can even say that this defeat was good for them for the future.

They’re off to an early lead now so it seems the Pelicans taking the night off is going to cost them a chance at beating the best team in the league. They should’ve gone all out knowing it was the second half of a back to back. This is the sort of stuff that makes you wonder what is going on with the Pelicans.

It's a road game for them so I think they don't care at all especially when you look at their starters and it's composed of bench players. Right now, the Cavaliers have a 31-point lead with less than 4 minutes remaining. An easy win for the Cavaliers and a good way to redeem themselves after that first loss... I guess.

Dalton Knecht is doing it.

It's funny that JJ Reddick said that the assistant coach wants Dalton out when he was contributing a lot to that game.

I don't understand that there's a real politics in there and coaches like JJ are standing for these kids that are on the momentum. When there are some of these assistant coaches want to cut the fun and want the kid out.

He's just the assistant coach and JJ's their coach, and like you said, it's frustrating that there are people who are letting their player out of the court when they feel that it's their night. I mean if your Knecht and that happened, you'd be frustrated and worse, you might speak it out on the media. It's good that Coach Redick is giving him more time now as a rookie, and he got the starter position as well in exchange for Russell which is working for them currently.

Their biggest concern that I'm seeing is their defense, and if they want to compete for that title and be a playoff contender, they must defend way better than they are currently.

The Rockets had no trouble beating the Pacers. Alperen Şengün had another great performance with a double-double of 31 points and 12 rebounds. He is living up to his new contract. The Rockets had a good offensive night, scoring over 30 points every quarter.
Haliburton had one of his least effective games. The Pacers as a team committed too many turnovers and struggled to rebound. These two caused them to lose the game.
The Rockets have won 8 of their last 10 games and are on a roll. Unlike last season, it looks like they will make the play-offs with a good seed this season.

Indeed, Boston is the defending champ so it's not surprising if Cavs will lose against them though they fought to the last but not enough to snatch a win and continue their winning streak, it's a good match up between Mitchell and Tatum both provide decent stats for their respective teams but only one will win and that's the Boston Celtics.

There are still lots of games and Cavs remain the top seed from the East and as per checking they just dominated the star-less Pelicans.

It really seems like the Pelicans have already given up on the season, almost like the 76ers, haha. I mean there are good reasons for shutting down early since the next draft class is quite strong, unlike this year. 
Guess the tanking will start soon and I wouldn't be surprised to see some teams that nobody expected to tank this season going for it. The system clearly is flawed in the NBA.

I made the right decision to bet on the Houston Rockets. That damn Pacers is making me lose a lot of money because I trusted them to perform the same way they did last year but they are not. My revenge has finally come.

It's possible that it could end the same, Cavs are going to face a not so good team in the Raptors so they could have win here by double digits again and try to rebuild a second run, perhaps another 15-0, after they have been defeated by the Boston Celtics the other night.

And this is going to be a big test for him, sure they have a good momentum with that 15-0, but now that it has been stop by the Celtics, are there any potential for them to rebuild? Or if their mentality has been crushed already by the Celtics that they have a hard time moving forward? We will see.

I know the feeling mate, I posted the same in the other thread, same with you, although the odds are pretty much higher that you put, mine is just 2.x with 2 game parlay but I lost just 0.5 when the Cavs wasn't able to cover it at -8.5 as they just won 8 points only.

So yeah, it's really frustrated, and I try to move on, and didn't go on a parlay. However, even my single bet the last time was a L to me. I didn't bet tonight, I just let it pass before of those two successive lost that I got. But I do think that we can't do anything about it so we just move forward and probably will bet tomorrow's game.

And it just shows how unpredictable NBA games and it really affected us gamblers. Sometimes I fall for this kind of trap, although I got the Clippers with a + spread against the Warriors last time, however, the Warriors are playing good but lost that game when Curry missed that game tying 3.

So yes, as gamblers, very very hard to predict as there are games that it's hard to decide because as you have said, any teams at a given night, can have a good game and upset the favorite and win by a large margin. Very difficult to be betting on that parlay for now, even a 2 game legged could turn every ugly, even if you just bet on the money line itself.

Lakers are looking great and Lebron is doing wonderful again, 26 points and 12 assists shows that he is interested in passing the ball a lot more this season, he has been assisting nearly 10 dimes a game and that's not that easy to achieve neither, we are talking about a bigger deal there and him acting this selflessly is a great improvement for the team as well, everyone else becomes instantly better when he plays like this.

I guess that could be the addition of JJ Reddick to the team, maybe he convinced Lebron that if he passed the ball more, he could encourage people to do a lot better, and that would be a good improvement, which is showing itself. Just look at how they were same time last season and look at how they are doing this season we could say that we are seeing a lot better results so far and we could say that they are going to have a great chance to win the in season tournament if they keep this up as well, that's a great boost in morale.

The Cavs' next meeting with the Celtics will be December 1, and I think it will be clear then whether that Celtics' win was just a fluke or not. Either way, the Cavs' results this regular season have been impressive, and it looks like the Celtics are the only team in the Eastern Conference that can do anything against them.
