Indiana ended their 12-game losing streak by beating Charlotte 112-114. Now the question on my mind is: Will there be another losing streak, and how many games will it last?

I can't understand why Indiana is so far behind this year without Haliburton.

I acknowledge he's a very important player, but I can't understand why Indiana is so negatively affected. This team was a finalist last year. Indiana's situation last year and this year is like the difference between summer and winter. This will be a lost season for Indiana.

That basically means Haliburton is the LeBron of that team. Without him, they really struggle.

Their record right now says a lot. This doesn’t look like the same team that made the Finals.
Once Haliburton comes back though, things should go back to normal.

Indeed losing Miles Turner had a huge impact. He hasn't been traded though, he was a free agent and got signed by Milwaukee. Thdy wanted to keep him actually but he wanted to go to a "contender" which the Bucks were more than Indiana in his eyes.
Anyway, this season was kinda expected for the Pacers. Having lost 2 high impact players isn't something you can just shrug off. They also didn't sign any good replacements that could help them recover those losses so I guess they already prepared for a season like this.

 Olympiakos-Fenerbahçe game was postponed due to water leaking from the arena roof, but this is the first time I've heard of a game being postponed due to condensation. I don't recall anything like this happening in the NBA before.

The postponement was made because it was thought the floor would become slippery due to condensation. I think it was a good decision. Serious injuries could have occurred.

They’ve fallen so far compared to last year, from being a Finals contender to the 15th seed this season. They lost Turner and Haliburton, but they still have Siakam, who was already their main offensive guy even last year. But if we look at the Celtics, even without Tatum, they’re still doing well and didn’t fall the way the Pacers did.

Yeah, another crazy ending. And I think this season, we have a lot of close games isn't it? Makes me wonder when we say that in this version of the game, there are no defense. But we've seen games that either go into OT or decided in the final seconds and teams won by just 1 point. I think Charlotte wanted to call a time out but the referee didn't call it that's why the Pacers was able to stole the ball.

So it was really a blunder on the side of the Hornets, they should have protected the ball and make sure that the referee blow the whistle and call the time out so that they will have a chance to win the game.

Correction, it's 13 and it would have been 14 if the Hornets don't make some foolish plays in the last minute. I think a losing streak for Pacers is probable until they got some good players on their lineup, they really need Haliburton and Toppin to say the least if they want to compete. I guess it's so over for Pacers this season and they'll probably not gonna make it even for a play-in.

They probably going into that season that is really bad for them, just imagine a season ago they are in the finals. Unfortunately, when Hali got injured, we all know that it's over for them and they didn't make any moves or trade and on the contrary, loses their center. So I guess they just try their best this season and not expecting anything good because there's no Hali, on their line up. Same with Boston, no Tatum and we thought that they are going to tank too. But Jaylen Brown step up and then are in a spot that they might go further and reach a playoff. As for the lost of Hornets, yeah, foolish play in the last minute that cost them the game. We don't know who to blame though, but I will say that it should be the coach as he can call everything from the sideline, but there's so much confusion that they don't know what to do.

Indeed, there are doing well last year before Hali got injured but after the incident they also traded one of their core/key player, Turner provides them decent numbers with thier final appearance last year, without and those starters and role players unable to provide and compete well, I guess after that win against the Hornets we may count numbers of losses again, let see on thier next upcoming games if how they'll going to perform.

Timberwolves got a nice win over Cavaliers last night. They actually had a lead by 20 points earlier but Cavailers managed to drop it to single digits.

Still not enough for them. Donovan Mitchell is having an amazing season though. He scored 30 points in this one too. He is one of the players who deserve All-Star undoubtedly.

This is really a sad downfall by Pacers. From playing in the NBA Finals and losing by 4-3 to Thunder to the last position in their conference this season... Haliburton really needs to recover for them to start rising again.

It's nice to see the fan votes increasing, but 2 week injury period could affect Alperen Şengün's chances of making the All-Star team. I hope he returns as soon as possible. He was selected as an All-Star last year. This season he has improved all his statistics except rebounds. He has played 28 games this season. Normally this would be enough to be an All-Star, but since the bench are not chosen by fan votes, I can't be certain that he will be selected.

We might also see Lebron and Durant 1-2 years from now on this all-star game.

Alperen deserves it imo. It's wild how much Houston's offense has tanked without Alperen. Houston is struggling to reach 100 points now, while even the worst teams in the league average way more. I thought having KD and Amen, plus getting Tari and DFS back from injury, would keep Houston steady but honestly they look like a total lottery team.

This is really a sad downfall by Pacers. From playing in the NBA Finals and losing by 4-3 to Thunder to the last position in their conference this season... Haliburton really needs to recover for them to start rising again.

I agree. He is the key for the Pacers to go back in the playoffs again. Well, it's expected. Without their star, they were probably all affected, especially when their distributor is the one who is missing. The same when the old Phoenix Suns didn't have Steve Nash. It's like they are not the Suns that I used to watch. Thankfully, Barbosa was there to help out and distribute the ball. I think that's what the Pacers need. Someone to cover for Haliburton because injuries will always happen in a physical sport.

There's no timeline for his return. They may need to reconfigure their roster if they want to be on a decent track next year especially if they are expecting Hali to also go back early or mid-season.

The Grizzlies have said they want to trade Ja Morant. It has been building for a while but I guess they are finally ready to part ways with Ja. His drop off needs to be studied. Hopefully a new team will help him get back into the swing of things.

I still don't understand how he goes there. He is still 27 years old and actually a really good player as well. Maybe he wasn't meeting the expectations for Hawks and that was why they just wanted to get rid of him.

But I believe he could have still done a good job at a much better team than Wizards. I don't think they will get competitive or anything only after this trade. They still don't have a good roster for that.

Considering the team has been terrible since he got injured, it's clear that he is all-star level without a doubt. Would I put him at starters level? Absolutely not, he is not there yet, he is not top 5 west player at the moment, but is he deserving a bench role? %100, I can name so many who doesn't deserve it more than him, dude is a beast.

There are some who got more votes than him but not deserve to be there, so I am glad that votes are not the only thing that decides the all star selection. Not that all-star is cared that much anymore, because of the lack of defense, we had a period where all-star games got as much views as first round playoff games, NBA really losing views. Recently it got a bit better, but not that much, lets see if it will be better this year or not.

I didn't understand what the Hawks are trying to do. They might want to trade Trae Young and rebuild, but they could've gotten much better pieces in return. McCollum is a good player, but he's already 35. Kispert is just an average player. Even if it's not on the level of the Luka trade, this deal felt strange to me.

Trae Young could provide leadership to the Wizards' young players, but I don't think they'll become strong enough to achieve real success. On the other hand, the Hawks will continue to go down to the bottom of the league.

Trae is a worse defender compared to Luka and the big salary cap will give the Hawks a leeway to pick better players than him in the future. Also his team are winning even without him and sadly without him I might i have to bet unders on the Hawks game.
