I'm glad he is and he is interacting again with us, it's really good and add credibility to the casino if the owner is the one addressing the issue and the timing is right, players will trust the casino more, in the case of Bitvest there were a lot of issues, now they are on the way of regaining it if Lighlord keeps doing this and the signature campaign is back, the reputation of the two casinos will go back to what it was.

It is good to hear that the Hot Wallet is now completely filled and in good as the cases of withdrawal issues arise last year and hope this will never ever happened again , it is hard for us gamblers to make a withdrawal just to find the Wallet is emptied or with no enough balance for how much we need to take.

It is good if @LL can delegate some jobs to the others so when he can not handle it because of something, the other staff can do that. As far as we can see in this forum based on what is happening whenever there is an issue on the site. Lightlord seems to be the one who manage and control almost everything in the casino. Zodiac is known to be the one who help him, I am not sure what is his main job but anything related to payment (deposit/withdrawal) seems to be handled by Lightlord only. I think there is no other official employees in Bitvest, it is better if Lightlord can hire some more people to make the business back with better experience for the users.

the future is very difficult to predict and very big anyone who runs a business in this world, especially crypto gambling can experience the same thing as lightlord experienced but because he is a person who has a good reputation then I believe the problems he experiencing can be overcome well.
