My withdrawals have been stuck on "pending manual" for a week.  What's up?
Why need to wait for a week before asking ,the first 24 hours is enough to check what should be happening but since your are here now best to directly message LL or have not you call out in chatbox?

Anyway there are some cases about the hotwallet have not replenished so kindly wait for some time because mone of the pending withdrawal stocked for long as it doesn't was given ,not unless your account is in questions then that is different matter

But still waiting for an entire week is really just that too much. This is why just like you do said that it is really just that impossible that you wont really be making some follow ups in regarding with your
withdrawal even just waiting up for 2 days straight. For sure he had contacted LL for this one or the support. Waiting up for 1 week and havent still received any
withdrawal then its something that doubtful but it wont be shocking that he might committed some violation on why such delay that he had been able to experience.

My withdrawals have been stuck on "pending manual" for a week.  What's up?
would you mind giving more info about your issue?

Has their support said anything as to why the withdrawal has been pending for a week? As far as I know, this isn't the first time the gamblers on their gambling site have complained about their withdrawal being stuck, and if I remember correctly, the reason as to why their withdrawal was stuck was due to the gambling site's hot wallet being empty(or something similar to that).

The other possibility could be the respective account put on hold for verification which will be completed once the user submitted what the customer support ask them to do and this could be the possible reason for the pending withdrawal not the hot wallet being empty because no other user arise such issue and if the casino's hot wallet dried then every withdrawal request will go pending and this thread would turned into a crazy mess.

No one from bitvest has contacted me and I don't recall using any email address to sign up so I don't know how they would contact me to ask for KYC.  I tried creating a support ticket just now.

One week delay is not uncommon with other casinos.  I got stuff to do besides babysit it.

No one from bitvest has contacted me and I don't recall using any email address to sign up so I don't know how they would contact me to ask for KYC.  I tried creating a support ticket just now.

So, you just contacted the support despite your withdrawal pending for a week and I suggest you to wait for 48 to 72 hours from the moment you contacted their support and if you still haven't received any response then your are free to create a thread about this in scam accusation and see you will get response after that.

LL hasn't been active for a week now, so you may get a response what is going on if he comes online in the meantime.

This is old issue still exist on them and for so sometimes many people call out LL for this kind of behavior and they suggested that they should hire people to work on their casino so that if he's away there's someone can help them especially to replenish the hot wallet so that people will no encounter any issues regarding on payment matter. But I guess they don't do anything in this side since this issue continue to exist on their casino.

And waiting for weeks is really to much and frustrating so I maybe the only thing to do now is to wait for LL to go back online again then see those tickets rise and maybe for that those issues will be taken care of.

Now its not all about creating tickets it matter now on when LL could able to check the status of their casino.

In recent time we have no issue like this with LL was activity doing all stuff regularly after his long illness but suddenly again we have this which is surely wired because last time we have update all is going well with support is also giving quick response, and he is also not regularly positing stuff here about his activities.
About this issue most chances look like some problem is preventing with empty hot wallet could be also again issue which need to be filled, but now he is not available about any update for long time again, but we can hope all will be ok in near future as he will check about this issue.

AFAIK he has manager handling part of the payment since his casino is running well without any complaints about unpaid withdrawals during the time when he is sick and inactive. Probably the manager in charge on his casino has a direct contact with him that letting him know if there’s a need for refill or not.

LL only encounter problem on refilling the escrow funds for the signature campaign because probably the manager only way of contacting is through the forum he is not using by the time he is sick.

From what I remember, there was also this guy Zodiac who was friends with LightLord and co-owned Bitvest casino.  He used to help LightLord manage casino and  I'm not totally sure if Zodiac is still around, but I vaguely recall seeing some posts from him giving updates on the hot wallet situation and withdrawal status before.

Regardless of who runs the casino with light lord the fact still remains that,  gambler payments need to be processed at all times because that is the only way the player can get satisfaction,  but for a while now,  everything seems to be ok with the casino and to that extent,  we expect to hear a quick response to this complaint.

I've seen the times when there have been the same complains and later on has been solved. But then, if there are some delays again and this problem exists again, LL or whoever he assigns to do the task should actively check their tickets and this thread too.

I think so because his absence is a big thing to bitvest if he's running it all alone. There's the team for the moderators and I think that there's a the other back end team for processing the payments. So even with his absence, the website is still operational.

No one from bitvest has contacted me and I don't recall using any email address to sign up so I don't know how they would contact me to ask for KYC.  I tried creating a support ticket just now.
I'm surprised that you only decided to create a ticket now, would you mind updating us when they answer your ticket?

One week delay is not uncommon with other casinos.  I got stuff to do besides babysit it.

Ps: Campaign is temporary pause due to lack of funds to cover for this week payment. Immediately the wallet is refilled, the campaign will continue but for now you can remove signature and avatar and try your luck somewhere else. If the campaign was to resume, all posts for the week will be counted but for now I'm waiting on a feedbacks from Lightlord.

The payment delay was intentional to wait on a feedback but I can't keep you guys waiting any longer therefore we just have to pause and wait on a positive feedback to continue.

This is not looking good reputation-wise. LL got negative trust ratings in the past for delays in campaign payments and similar thing is happening again. The funds have run out but LL didn't even bother to inform manager/participants if he wants the campaign to continue or not.
Luckily the manager stepped in and paused the campaign so there's no debt to the participants (they still have a right to expect payment for up to the time the pausing was announced though).

Looks some people will never learn. Sad.

This is really frustrating for how long you have been waiting for your withdrawal to be process and still LL is not showing up to fix this issue also the balance requested is really huge. If I am the one encounter this issue for sure I will also get panic imagine the amount still pending and its questionable if you can get if LL show up here or totally not.

Cryptopreurbrainboss did the right thing, he knows how the first campaign ended so he knows how to properly address this issue if he is going to take a vacation informing the bounty manager is the right thing to do so no one will be left hanging, the last campaign took a whole month for campaign participants to get paid, its good that it became a weekly payout so the bounty manager and participants will not get worried in case LightLord took a vacation again.
I wonder what happened to him again this time, we all know the story, the last time he was out of this forum.

If there's a continuation of the campaign, Cryptopreurbrainboss should still handle the campaign he knows the history of the campaign and he knows LL very well and he can make a good decision at the right time, like what he did today.

It's hard to imagine if the format is the same as the last one where participants are paid every month, two good things happened in this recent campaign, the signature manager is the one holding the funds and there is a refilled agreement weekly and the payment is weekly, the current format is good but the downside is LL is not good in communicating to the signature manager if he wants to stop the campaign Brainboss did the right thing, it saves participants on their expectation in the campaign.
Bitvest campaign is a good campaign as you are being paid on Bitcoin if you're a Hodler this is the best campaign to join, lets see in the coming days if Lightlord will show up and continue with the campaign.

It's like they're sabotaging their own effort. Spend money to advertise and bring more players/recognition to the site, and then greet them with empty hot wallets/campaign funds and lack of communication.

Bitvest campaign is a good campaign as you are being paid on Bitcoin if you're a Hodler this is the best campaign to join, lets see in the coming days if Lightlord will show up and continue with the campaign.
